The TEAM at Jim O'Connor Select Auto are incredible. They work together as a Team From Mr. Jim, Laura, Geoff and the rest of the team. This is the second unit I have purchased, and each experience has been better then the other. The communication is impeccable. The delivery was a great experience. These folks go the extra mile! I contacted Jim a week or so ago and said I was in the market for a different vehicle and wanted to trade in my current one. I gave him some very specific criteria (features, price, mileage, brand) that I wanted the vehicle to posses and knew it would likely be a while before he found anything that met my somewhat picky criteria.. In less than one week, he contacted me and told me of a Subaru Forester they'd just took in trade. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Jim and his team and every time I have presented him with specific details and every time he's met them exactly. This time was certainly no exception. I went in last Saturday and he broke everything down for me with very clearly and offered an extremely fair price both on the purchase of the new vehicle and with my trade. Geoff was also very helpful with this part as well. As usual, there was zero pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. It took me several days to make a decision and as soon as I did, Laura came in and took care of the rest. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Jim, Geoff and Laura and all the rest of the team for making this process so easy and comfortable. There's truly no other dealership like Select Auto and I will continue to very happily recommend this to all my friends and family.

We met Jim, and worked with Geoff for our purchase. A few details - Jim suggested an overnight test drive so my wife could also see the vehicle, and we could get a better overall feel for it. Geoff again offered as I was wrapping up the initial visit, even though we live 70 miles from Select Auto. When I left the lot for this extended test, the gas tank was full. We did decide to purchase, and worked out financing details with Geoff on the phone before returning with the vehicle the next day. While we were completing the paperwork, their detail guy must have made a run to the gas station. When we left the lot after the purchase, the tank was again full. These are two examples of the customer focus and attention to detail that represent our whole experience with Jim O'Connor Select Auto. We will be back whenever we need to do our next auto purchase!

Bought a truck here a few weeks ago. Worked with both Jim and Laura and could not be more happy! Honest folks who know their business. Had a great experience at this dealership. They were timely in their communications with me and were honest about if the car I wanted was available. Bought a used Buick Enclave and it was super clean and ready to go when I arrived to test drive it. I found a truck on their website which said it was an Automatic. Upon driving 45 minutes to look at the truck only to have the truck be stick shift. After speaking with the owner I NEVER said I was mad but he made things right by putting gas in my gas tank for my trip to his business. This was an outstanding gesture by this business owner.

I chose this car dealership due to their reviews. I was not let down by any means. This was honestly THE MOST easy going car shopping experience I have ever had. I was shopping for a used car for my daughter, which we love, and will more than likely look first to this dealership when I look again for myself.
