Definitly the best experience buying a car I ever had. I liked that I was able to do all the talking and the dealer listens and shows you only what you want with all the information you need. I did not need to ask for alot because they seem to have everything covered ahead of time when I decided on a vehicle.

Great Experience
After putting in a request for a specific car in a particular color and at a set price, the O'Connor team worked diligently until they found the exact car I wanted. They knew what questions to ask, which then lead to me having a better understanding of my parameters. They then kept me informed along the search , which made me part of the process. When the car arrived it was delivered to me shiny clean and Geoff gave me a personal tutorial showing me how to use all the bells and whistles. They were able to make the business portion efficient, pain free with no hassles. When I went to pick up the car, they were as excited about it as I was---and believe me, it's the car of my dreams and O'Connor Auto made that dream come true. I feel confident that the next person will have the same kind of experience I did and I encourage anyone to give them a try.

Quick and efficient
I had a wonderful experience here. It was quick and efficient, i was not pressured at all, and i am completly happy with my Acura tsx. Geoff was down to earth and patient, I would like to thank him for all the help he did! I came here because of all the good reviews and they are all true! I recommend Jim O'Connors select auto.

Best Experience Purchasing a Vehicle Ever
No Games. No Tricks. No hidden agenda. Jim just wanted to get me into the vehicle I loved and made it happen all in one day. The day began an hour and a half before store hours on Monday. I was admiring a vehicle when Jim came in early to get work some work done before opening at 9. He saw what my needs were, assessed my trade and before the store opened at nine, we knew it was a done deal. That's how I like to shop. In and out. Thanks Jim and Laura!

Tight Budget
I purchased a 2011 Jetta with financing help through them and they helped me out with receiving it which was a huge help as I had never done this sort of thing before. I do, however, feel a bit cheated as I had asked them about monthly costs as my budget is pretty tight and we had gotten it to a reasonable amount. However, I needed to change insurance and he helped me out here and told me that what I had was full coverage for my vehicle and that that I would be good to go. The letter in the mail that I received from my credit union states otherwise and now I have to pay even more for insurance which I don't really have and I can't help but feel a bit lied to because it seems like he purposefully made the insurance cheaper so I wouldn't have to think about if I could afford it. The car has a radio issue which wasn't listed but works 98% fine and I'm okay with that and everything else on the vehicle runs pretty much perfectly and I am still very happy with the purchase, I just am a bit jaded by the insurance part and being misinformed in a situation that misinforming me would lead me to purchase the vehicle where I otherwise would think about it more.

First car purchase for my son!
My 17 year old son and I had been to Jim O'Connor Select Auto, LLC on a Sunday to view potential cars. I was amazed that the cars we unlocked allowing us to get a feel for the cars without any pressure. After choosing a vehicle we wanted to test drive, I returned to the dealership during the week to ask if I could take the car out for a drive. Having worked with Jim and Laura a few months earlier on an unrelated problem with another automobile I purchased elsewhere, Jim and Laura recalled that I drove a Toyota and suggested I take a look at a Camry they just got in and did't even have a sticker on it yet. The car was super clean and well cared for. It was a better fit for my son than the car I originally had in mind. Without hesitation, they told me to take it home to show my son to see what his feeling were for the car. After my son drove the car, he felt it was one he wanted to purchase. When I came back to the dealership to put something down on the car while I arranged financing and insurance, all they wanted was a hand shake for a down payment. A hand shake! This is something I heard about in my fathers time when your word and a hand shake was enough to take a person at face value. It is something I never thought I would see again but Jim and Laura and Geoff are that trusting and genuine. They held the car for me, as they said they would, allowed me to view the vehicle again when it was on a lift so I could view the underside of the car, ran my credit report, and told me to come back when ever we were ready to close. A couple of days later we went to close on the car and Jim keenly explained to my son the importance of establishing good credit, spending money wisely, and pointed out what a wonderful thing I was doing for him as a father. All of this is from a car dealership. They want to sell us a car but they go way beyond the expectation of customer service, trust, and friendship. They want you to be happy and make sure your satisfaction is a priority. I purchased a vehicle from another dealer in town the month before. There is no comparison of the level I service I received from Jim O'Connor Select Auto, LLC and the other dealership. Select Auto is the best I have worked with in my 63 years of life.

Great Experience !!
We were searching for a used car, My husband liked a 2013 Ford focus on the lot, There was no pressure, we checked out all the vechiles. We came back Friday night to test drive the car. Jim and Geoff were wonderful, I had NO idea I would be taking the car home that very night, while we were waiting for the financing ,I was cleaning out my old car. We had checked Waukesha/ Watertown dealers and were thrilled to find a car in our own neighborhood, five minutes from home. Great service, totally reccommend if you need a new car!!!!

Most Fair and Easy Car Buying Experience
I dropped in at Jim's one evening to check out some the cars on their lot. Laura came out to speak with me and asked what I was looking for. I explained that I am in outside sales and that I need a car that I can tack on the miles with and is comfortable. She steered me to a few. We looked at the vehicles and I was able to test drive the Camry. I came back and told her what I was looking for, the price range and what I wanted to do regarding my current car. She said she would need to speak with Jim and Geoff and someone would get back to me. This was going way too easy I thought. By the time I got home she had followed up with some numbers, told me her availability and the others and said if I wanted to consider it, just let them know. I dropped in the next day. In between the casual conversation and Geoff and Jim giving me some suggestions on how to put together the deal, I was out of there within two hours with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I am not joking when I say that this was the easiest experience I have ever had. Know the following when dealing with them: 1. They price their vehicles fairly. 2. They will work with you and tell you where they stand on the deal. READ: HONESTY 3. They have good financing partners to help you. 4. They ARE JUST NICE PEOPLE!!!!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car. I am glad to be able to give my business to this small business.
