Jim did a straight up job of helping me with the car I wanted, his team was very helpful and when I had some issues they were resolved right away , Thank you.

My wife thought it a good idea if we looked at the cars Jim had to offer as we had known Jim for a good number of years. We had thought that we could get an idea what was available in the used car market. We were so impressed with the job that Geoff Wold for us that after looking at cars that were available we purchased a Toyota on the spot.

First, I don't like the car buying process. I went to Jim O'Connor on Saturday morning (10am), they let me take the 2014 Ford Focus home to show my wife. Geoff said "We are here until 3", took it home, my wife liked it, Geoff got us an interest rate we were happy with, and we had the car home around 2:30. No hassle, fair trade for our Eclipse. We even forgot to bring the title for the Eclipse and Geoff said, "Bring it Monday". None of that "I need to talk to my manager crap". Geoff gave me the out the door price with our trade on the phone. If we buy another car, I would say we would buy from Geoff again.

Best car buying experience ever at Jim O'Connor Select Auto in Oconomowoc! We purchased a used Chevy Malibu in May 2015 and it has been a solid reliable buy - since May we've already put on another 10,000 miles with absolutely no problems. The sales process was so laid back - we appreciated not being harassed with pushy sales tactics...the gladly welcomed us to take our time when we said we'd go home and think about our choices. And the choices were incredible! The lot was filled with clean, low mileage cars/trucks at extremely reasonable prices! We know where we're going for all of our future car purchases!

Our experience working with Jim and Laura and his crew was nothing less than fantastic. We found the car we wanted and Jim gave us a good price for our trade in. We drove away with our car very happy campers. The dealership itself has very professional and friendly people working there. Got to meet them all. Actually it was a fun morning. OMG I would recommend Jim and his crew to everyone. All the cars are top notch and clean as a whistle.

Quality cars that were newer models and very clean. No pressure from pushy sales agents. Once we decided on the vehicle, Jim provided a very fair price that we were comfortable with. The paperwork signing went as quick as possible and we felt like we were sitting in our living room, speaking to family. We drove our car home that day, and felt no remorse afterwards. They treat you the way car buying should be.

Wonderful people who will sit with you and work out in detail the best possible vehicle for you. No pressure just good honest people who have your best interest in mind. They take the time to where you feel great driving away in your new vehicle. Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to GO see Jim and Laura.

I walked into Jim O'Connors a stranger and left feeling like family. Laura and Geoff are the most kind, no pressure, people I've ever met at a dealership. Not to mention they have great pricing. After this purchase, they've just got another customer for life. It will be extremely hard to purchase a vehicle anywhere else. I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone!

I talked to Jim on the 26th after getting a bad taste in my mouth dealing in Waupun. made appointment meet on tuesday morning to chat about a different rendezvous, he was waiting with the newer car and we each test drove the cars came to a reasonable exchange of funds for said car. Jim and Laura treated me with utmost respect, they listened to my questions and answered them completely. Had a great dealing with a superior dealership, will recommend them to everybody who needs a car. left with a great taste in my mouth about how a used car deal should feel like. loved the deal, love the feeling of a newer car feel like a little kid with a new toy. hope I never see Jim or Laura again but when its time to trade off Cheryl's town and country Jim O'Conner will be the first place I contact. thanks again to the great service and not making me feel like a second class person the clarks in Neenah
