Service was great! But the vehicle we purchased was a Chevy Avalanche.. within 6 months problems start occurred. Now after having it 12 months the transmission went out! Such a rip off and so frustrating!!!! Have a certified mechanic for your state with you to inspect the vehicle before you make a purchase. Lesson learned.

Do not, under any circumstances, buy a vehicle from this dealership. They do not care about customer service, building relationships, or return business. They are the shadiest dealership we have ever worked with and I immensely regret buying from them. We bought a truck from them a month ago. They said they would fix the navigation system, which they stated was as simple as replacing the navigation DVD. A month later, it's still not working. They will not communicate with you at all either. I called their dealership and left a message for the salesman we were working with. I waited over a week for a call back before I eventually drove the two hours from my house to their location to visit in person so they couldn't ignore me. They did not fix the problem while I was onsite and they have not followed up with me since. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, one of the tires on the truck went flat this morning from just attempting to check the tire pressure. They had mental tire pressure gauge caps on two of the tires. You should always use plastic, or you run the risk of the two different metals stripping and breaking the tire pressure sensor when pulled off. That's exactly what happened with our tire and now we will have to pay $275 to get a replacement sensor at a dealership. I called to see if the owner would take responsibly for any of these issues and I have yet to receive a call back. I do not understand how they have 5 star reviews. Do not believe them.
