Daniel was absolutely amazing Daniel took his time to get to know me and even assured me that he would take care of me every step of the way he followed up with me and made sure that I was set up to buy the car of my dreams I really appreciate all of his efforts I would highly recommend Daniel and ALM Atlanta for your next vehicle purchase.

Purchased a vehicle from ALM in May 2024.

Purchased a vehicle from ALM in May 2024. It was an electric vehicle and they didn't do the proper paperwork required by the IRS to claim the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit for this tax year. I'm out thousands and working with a local news station on a story about it. Honestly, I'm not surprised. The vehicle that should've been put through their "rigorous 100 points inspection" has been riddled with issues. It's been in the shop for multiple engine issues as well as a ton of unaddressed recalls. Maybe the BIGGEST fail was the fact that, apparently, even with the "thorough inspection" of my Hybrid Minivan, they failed to check the backseat center console (the ones next to the children) which contained a small amount of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. This was reported to the store immediately after we found it (with my young kids right there) and it was "being addressed". When I went up to the store to discuss the most recent tax issue. Steve, the manager of BOTH the Marietta and Kennesaw locations, said "it's not my problem" I said, "I'm out thousands for something that I was told would be done and is your responsibility to the IRS" and he said, "that's your problem" and then asked me to leave when I told his I would go to the news so other people didn't fall into this same trap. Also, my mother who had ridden along with me to the store said "that's not right" and he turned to her and said aggressively "who are you? I'm not speaking to you" Horrible experience. Would never recommend.

We strongly encourage all of our customers to consider purchasing extended warranties to ensure peace of mind. If an extended warranty was not purchased at the time of sale, there are limited options available beyond that point. Please rest assured that we do not sell “bad” cars; we have proudly been in business for over 20 years, with 19 locations and a strong Google rating. We adhere to the standard protocols followed by most reputable used car dealerships in Georgia. This place is great. I went to purchase a Mercedes EQS. I did not know much about electric cars. Then i met Keenan. He took his time explained all the pros as well as the cons of this new phase I looked to embark on. I am an electric cars owner and I can go forward with confidence.

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you and your team at ALM Marietta for the outstanding service I received during my recent visit. I came down during New Year with the intention of purchasing a cash SUV and ran into you at the desk. Long story short, within 10 minutes, I had picked out a used Nissan Murano, and less than an hour later, I was done with the paperwork with Stacey and Brian. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and, most importantly, I was treated with respect and dignity—a refreshing change compared to my experience at the last dealership I visited before coming to ALM Marietta. Please extend my gratitude to Stacey and Brian for their professionalism and assistance. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kennan

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kennan Jones. After driving 2.5 hours to see a car we were interested in, it became clear that he hadn’t even bothered to prepare it for our visit. The car had an obvious air leak in one of the tires, which he seemed to be trying to hide. On top of that, Kennan was completely lacking in any personable qualities—he was dismissive and rude throughout the process. When we pointed out that the car was overpriced by $4,000–$5,000 compared to the market and mentioned the issues it had, his response was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, he rudely suggested that if we couldn’t afford the car at their price, we should go look for a Toyota Camry instead. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Kennan Jones to anyone. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration—go elsewhere! You'll most definitely get treated better at a Toyota Dealership :)

I was looking to buy the 2023 MB EQB250 which has a price

I was looking to buy the 2023 MB EQB250 which has a price tag of $26760. When I asked about my "out of the lot" price the salesperson quoted to me $28460 + $1999 accessories +$1485.32 fees - no explanations. Then someone called me and explained me that $1999 represents an extended 1 year warranty on the SUV, which has almost 3 year remaining transferrable MB warranty. Then they stop responding, perhaps, BC I'm good with numbers and ask wrong questions. Now, serving you next
