I am going to school in Rochester and I put in the wrong zip-code while searching for a car, but found the perfect one. I contacted Billy DeGaetano and gave him the situation. He was able to get the financing and paperwork set up remotely while I wasn't there in person. I came home for a weekend and he delivered the car 40 minutes away to accommodate lack of transportation! Amazing! He answered any questions I had, and continues to do so after purchase. Highly recommend for purchasing a vehicle!

The most horrible dealer. Sells cars that need thousands of dollars worth of work. Bought a car from there one week ago, and it died for no reason already. When I called to tell them, I was hung up on. I know 2 other people close to me who have gotten a car from here and have been in the shop almost every month getting something fixed since. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE! Trust me.

Worked with Anthony at the Highland location. Can't say enough good things about our overall experience. Very happy with our new car and the price was excellent. Got great terms on the loan and a really great interest rate. Very, Very happy. Anthony was very accommodating. We took the delivery the day after the big snow storm this past week. the car was very clean and didn't have a spec of snow on it. I even love the color of their newly painted office.

I actually found this dealership online After my car broke down. With the repairs being more than my car was worth it was time to find a new vehicle. Having big time concerns about my credit and limited funds to put down Anthony from Mag auto assured me from the begging of my buying experience that we would find a solution. Amazingly Anthony returned my phone call during the Christmas holiday and met me at the highland location when no other dealership would even answer my calls. And when I arrived I found this mint black Ford F-250 .. it was perfect but I dident know if it was in my ball park finically.. anthony worked day and night on this deal and fought for me to have the truck I wanted! He never gave up and found solutions to every problem and solution that we faced ... he was honest and even provided me with a 2 year warranty given the truck was a used vehicle .. My buying experience here was like no other I have ever experienced .. it was a real gift and a weight lifted off of my shoulders .. and I will be buying my wife's next vehicle here no question !!
