great, stress free service

I found the experience of shopping for and purchasing a car at this dealership to be easy and stress free. Anthony was very helpful and expedited all of the necessary paperwork so quickly that after work I was able to drive away in the car I looked at on my lunch break. I would definitely return to MAG and see Anthony for any future car purchases.

Nice selection, clean lot

They made my purchase so comfortable and no money games like a new car dealership I experienced. Anthony and Steve were very nice went out of there way to make this stress free. Cars in the lot were very clean took my time looking over my choices. No pressure in buying, we settled on a price and they took care of all the finiancing (approval in less then 15 min), car was ready for delivery no waiting. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Honest salesman, great vehicle choice

We just purchased a used Mercedes Benz from this dealer and couldn't be happier! The salesman, Justin, was very helpful and honest. We went in with a bank loan pre approval and he found us a better interest rate. We were thrilled with the trade in value given on our old vehicle, equivalent to what we would have received on a new car. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend the dealership and the salesman!

Great service from start to finish

This was my first experience buying a used car, and I could not be happier. I met with Justin on a few occasions, because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I had a budget in mind, and Justin worked with me to find the right car within my budget. He was patient, thorough and extremely helpful every step of the way. When I finally made my decision, he took care of all of my loan paperwork with the bank, worked with me to get the car registered and the insurance handled. I walked away knowing that I got a good deal, feeling comfortable with my purchase, and am extremely excited to be driving my new Rav4! Thank you Justin for all of your help. I would highly recommend MAG Auto Corp in Highland and Justin's excellent service.

Poor customer service

Emailed the dealership about a specific car and never received a response so I took a trip to the dealership a few days later. closed when I first showed up around 11 but then was reopened about 2 when I went back. After taking the car for a test drive and told the salesman of the few concerns of the car and told me one would not be fixed if i bought the car. We did a credit app and told me that he would hear back in about an hour and would call me. After not hearing anything until I called him the next day towards the end of the business day, which is not good business when you say you will call someone and don't, Was not greeted well to being called out on not calling me. Also was hung up on after asking why guaranteed approval is on the building when I was denied and was told put more money down and told not to call with an attitude then heard a dial tone. Very sad experience and would not recommend them to any one.

Straightforward and above-board!

It's a nice feeling to be able to write a good review, especially of a used car dealer. Aaron and Anthony are great guys ? they treated me with respect, answered my questions, addressed my concerns, returned my phone calls, and even drove the car I was interested in right to my mechanic. I got straight answers and they kept their word in taking care of repairs and PROPHYLACTICALLY took the car to Honda to have two recalls taken care of, plus a thorough dealership inspection. If you have a good sense of humor, you'll especially enjoy meeting Anthony. I've only had the car for a week, but I love it, and so far there are no problems. Thumbs up and thanks a million to Aaron and Anthony!

Attentive with rapid response

I contacted the dealer by email, which he responded to quickly, when I was looking. Called them when I was ready to buy and he was very helpful. There was something that stopped me from proceeding, though. There was a problem with the braking system, which he said they would repair if the vehicle was purchased; or give a $500 discount if I had it done somewhere. He was honest and I appreciated that. However, I needed the vehicle quickly and could not afford the time to wait for it to be fixed. Secondly, it disturbed me that he was waiting for it to be purchased before the repairs were done.

We are very sorry we could not have the vehicle ready in time for your purchase. The reason we wait to have certain repairs done is because our sister store is a wholesale dealership that sells vehicles mainly to other dealers and if the car were here for to long with out any prospective buyers we can just sell it through the other store. The issue that we had with the vehicle you were interested in was not a safety issue and it did not keep the car from passing a new York state inspection. DISAPOINTED

STAY AWAY.It took 3 days to get someone on the phone to find out that day they took a phone deposit on the car I had filled out a credit app on 3 days before.Sales person Aaron told me no body put my app in and never looked at it.He then told me he would check it all out and price my trade in and call me back.GUESS WHAT NO CALL.I called him back today 12/21/2013 and all he could tell me is he forgot.If you value your time and money go some place else.It is a shame a dealer like this can be seen on cars.com
