I took my mini Cooper into Bill Jacobs to get it serviced

I took my mini Cooper into Bill Jacobs to get it serviced for an oil change and the air conditioner, they were very very busy. Aldo Huerta made sure to keep in contact with me to let me know what was going on, he even came back after hours to make sure the paper work was done so I could pick up my car after hours. My car purrs like a kitten, it runs great, happy car happy owner!

I have continued to have positive service experiences at Bill Jacobs Mini. My newest service advisor, Mitch has been friendly, helpful and communicative with keeping my car maintained. I have been satisfied with their past warranty work and impressed the dealership's communication and daily updates on repair progress. The active reception is a cool concept and it's nice to be able to go over the car with the advisor and foreman while it's on the lift.
