I have been taking my Minis to this dealership for many...

I have been taking my Minis to this dealership for many years and they always take such good care of me and my car! Mitch, Mike and Aldo always work with my schedule and try and get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I would recommend this mini dealer to anyone!

I just purchased 2 new hardtop Minis from this dealership! I made my purchase from Marina! She was the best! We talk about what I was looking for then i was able to test drive multiple options with minimal pressure for same day sales! I would recommned buying from her 100%!

Bill Jacobs Mini is awesome!

I love my mini and Bill Jacobs! The service department, particularly Mitch Shefveland, has been fantastic every time I?ve ever needed anything. My tire light came on so dropped by and Mitch rolled in other work that needed to be done so I wouldn?t have to come back soon and got me a loner car even though he wasn?t expecting me and got my work done very quickly. Can?t wait to but my next mini!!

I have been coming to Bill Jacobs Mini for more than 15...

I have been coming to Bill Jacobs Mini for more than 15 years. Both sales and service. I trust the service department. Mitch Shefveland has been my service advisor for nearly 5 years, and I appreciate his honesty and knowledge. He is truly a warm and kind person as well. Even though it is an hour away, I will continue to bring my car to them.

Great service

Highly recommended Bill Jacobs Mini of naperville. Great customer service. I had a great time with my service advisor Mr.Aldo Huerta very helpful and took time to explained everything what I needed for my car. If you are looking for car service look for Aldo he is the best..
