Why, not just because the service, an oil change and recall fix, was performed promptly and professionally but it comes down to the little details that made our experience a great one. Tire rotation is included with the oil change. I have had this service performed many times at many Chevy dealers around the US and this is the first time that the service technician took the time to make sure that the tires were inflated to Chevy specs. We'll be back!

This was one of the best car buying experiences from a dealer I can remember. They had a car I was interested in with what I thought was a fair price, then gave me a fair price on my trade-in. The whole process was less time consuming, less aggrievating, less frustrating than what I had come to expect from dealers in general. They are friendly and helpful. The paperwork was handled professionally and the registration and title work went smoothly. I'd recommend this dealer.

They are always reliable, helpful and friendly. The service center, plus waiting area are clean and relaxing. They are accurate about the time need for service and will provide information about any future service that may be needed but will work with you on prioritizing additional service depending on your time and funds. I have purchased 4 cars from Ourisman Rockmont, and referred several friends too. Friendly staff that tries to do their best to satisfy a customer. Fair (and most times great) prices. Building is old (4 stars) but they get the job done. Waiting room is cozy, coffee free, and if you ask they will drive you to the Metro or Rockville Town Center. I have never had a complaint in over 14 years of dealing with Ourisman. A 5 star dealership.

The showroom of this dealership may not be the most modern design in the area. But the sales people are really friendly and they really want to make a deal with you. I purchase a Volt from the Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet. They have the largest selections in the DC area. Before I went there, I already visited 2 other dealers in MD and VA. So I already know what the bottom limit that I could negotiate. I told the sales person who I met with. He offered a price that I could not say no. It's that easy. They also offered the highest trade-in value for my old car. The deal is closed in a very short time. So prepare yourself, and let them know you are prepared. They will offer the best deal for you. Don't pay too much attention to the out-dated decorations in the showroom. It is not important. That is also a proof that they do not earn unreasonable prifit from their customers.

I was in the market for a Mazda, I had a phone call right away and a follow up. Just the right amount. Rockmont already has numerous excellent reviews I did not do business with them due to distance, but if I want to buy any car in that area it will be from them.
