No high-pressure sales pitch. We knew which vehicle we were interested in and weren't subjected to the salesperson trying to promote other, pricier options. Once we committed to the sale the paperwork was handled in a very efficient timely manner. Couldn't ask for more.

Daniel Herrera was great, he took care of everything. From the time I made my appointment over the phone with him until he brought my truck back up front ahead of time... very professional.

Friendly prompt service. Chris Aldape was knowledgeable but was not pushy. I will send my friends and family to see Chris when they need to purchase a new car or truck.

So much faster this time. I've been coming to Future Ford Service Center since I bought my Fiesta here in Fall of 2014 because I bought an extended warranty package. Until now, every visit had taken over 3 hours. Now, it seems they've resolved that issue and I applaud them! When I called this time for an appointment, Michelle got me an appointment at a perfect time for me and she checked me in quickly on the day. It only took an hour this time for an oil change and checkup. Thanks Future Ford!

Our sales man Craig was very helpful to us during our buying process. He answered any questions we had, and throughly answered them for us. Ford had awesome customer service and we would definitely recommend them to other people.

I loved working with Samantha! I was there 3 times and everything was handled perfect. The parts came in, all is good, she kept me posted on everything! And I even squeezed in "the works" on a saturday since she was kind enough to give me a "slow" time. Worked out perfect. I have never seen a service department as awesome as yours is! The parts department is great as well since I ordered car dashboard cover. I love the coffee bar and all the amenities and your service to bring us home and pick us up is terrific. Nice gentleman and so timely! I hardly had to wait..so nice to have that available at a dealership - no having to have my husband take off work to drop off and pick up. I used to have a VW, the dealership was maybe a tenth of the size of yours with ONE service advisor AND there was something ALWAYS wrong with that car! I love the Mustang and I love love love your service!

Future Ford solved the camera backup issue in first visit. Previous Ford Dealer told me that I just have to wait till it fully drops dead even though I brought to them when it was malfunctioning.

I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I would choose Future Ford again.
