great service and follow through

Mike was astute in addressing any and all issues. Very refreshing to deal with someone with his integrity. I'll be back in very large part based on my experience with Mike and the service he and the team were able to provide.

Great hospitality, friendly service

The hospitality is great (food and coffee) and everyone is so friendly. They were honest and forth write with the repairs we needed.

Friendly. Service went above and beyond.

Everyone was so friendly. Ray was so easy to work with and he made sure that I got exactly what I was wanting. I have wanted an Explorer since the 90's and I finally have one. I couldn't be happier!!

Friendly Competent Service

No high-pressure sales pitch. We knew which vehicle we were interested in and weren't subjected to the salesperson trying to promote other, pricier options. Once we committed to the sale the paperwork was handled in a very efficient timely manner. Couldn't ask for more.

Nice experience

No real pressure. Gave us the best price for our trade in. Was able to negotiate the price. Very attentive staff but not the usual Used Car Salesman

Saturday service.

Daniel Herrera was great, he took care of everything. From the time I made my appointment over the phone with him until he brought my truck back up front ahead of time... very professional.

Great service

Friendly prompt service. Chris Aldape was knowledgeable but was not pushy. I will send my friends and family to see Chris when they need to purchase a new car or truck.

Backup Camera

Future Ford solved the camera backup issue in first visit. Previous Ford Dealer told me that I just have to wait till it fully drops dead even though I brought to them when it was malfunctioning.
