Passport MINI of Alexandria

I recently purchased a 2016 mini. I have been searching for a car for a while and always left disappointed with the pricing and sales process; not the case with Passport. Yves was a delight to work with. A total hassle free environment. Stacie in financing was also a delight to work with. Totally impressed with their customer service and attention to detail.

One of the gentlemen in the service bay greeted with with a warm and friendly smile and guided me to Frank, my service agent. I was a little frustrated from my battery being jumped, cutting open my hand to having to drive from Woodbridge to Alexandria to have this fixed. I couldn't have had a better experience if I sat on the couch and someone fixed it in the driveway. They were awesome. I walked in, he knew I was coming from making an appointment, took my statement, I sat down for 2 minutes, my courtesy vehicle was there and in 4 hours it was done and I was home. THANK YOU everyone from the greeters, to the service men to the beautiful lady that took my money. THANK YOU!!!

The service personnel we're all very nice, and helped me solve my issue right away. Best thing was the updates and the open line of communication. Wish I could've bought my mini there...

I was in the market for a very specific used MINI Clubman and found what I wanted online from MINI of Alexandria. My 'internet specialist' Vinnie, was terrific in sharing information and photos about the vehicle and could not have been nicer or more thorough when I finally came in for a test drive. The purchasing process was very smooth and I felt I got the vehicle for a very fair price. Andy, their finance guy, was also very helpful, especially because I was a buyer from out of state. This dealership is AMAZING, with a vast selection and wonderful facility. I highly recommend and be sure to ask for Vinnie!

These is my 4th vehicle I have purchased from here. It is such a clean and welcoming facility. Always have fresh coffee and everyone is so friend. I have dealt with Blake DaCosta everytime for my son and daughter's car and my 2nd car, and Andy on the closing process which he is very efficient and very friendly. Blake is very professional and friendly. Recommend him and passport all the time.

Jerome was totally professional and made the buying experience painless. It was Presidents Day weekend and very busy, yet Jerome managed to make time for me. He treated my modest purchase as if I were spending much more and certainly made it easy. Andrew made the financing quick and painless.

I went in to get an oil change and I decided to get an alignment also. My safety check had expired and when I picked up my car, they had done that for me as well so that saved me from taking the time to get that done too. I didn't even know MINI of Alexandria did that so I was very happy about that. Great Experience!

I purchased my MINI less than 3 months ago. I love my car and was chagrined to be losing pressure in a runflat tire. I connected with Mini roadside assistance & they dispatched a terrific towing service that brought me to Alexandria MINI. I was sure that on a Friday with no appointment it would be an ordeal. Boy, was I surprised! It was a great service experience. I was cordially greeted and Medardo Gomez my service advisor kept me informed, the work was completed and I was on my way in no time. As a new MINI owner I can enjoy my MINI motoring even more knowing that the service department is so professional & responsive. Thank you.
