I made a rushed decision and was willing to lose a whdown payment to walk away and not purchase a car. A salesperson Peter sat me down and was patient with me. He worked with me and helped me select a car that I wanted. Left with a car I am enjoying this far.

Every service visit is a joy. Justyne and the entire crew are magnificent. Know legible and proactive just about every concern, question or need is addressed before you can request it. I've been doing business with this dealership for the past 8 years, bought two cars from them and have never been disappointed once.

Alexandria Mini is awesome!!! Every business would benefit by following their example of outstanding customer service. I bought a 06 Mini with 75k miles on it and no warranty. They had no problem dropping it off at my mechanic so he could inspect it before purchase. He noted a few minor things, nothing unusual for an 11 yr old car. I felt comfortable with the purchase. A week later it starts making a noise. My mechanic had the worst news. The transmission needed to be replaced and it would cost almost as much as I paid for the car. I went back to the dealer prepared for a fight. Not necessary! They took the car back and applied what I paid towards an 11 that was the same make, model and color as the car I had just purchased and fallen in love with. Alexandria Mini customer for life!

I inquired about one of their cars with a sales associate. He was supposed to speak to his manager about the price and then let me know, but I didn't hear back. Nothing new with Passport MINI (or other Passport stores). Their customer service is always lacking, whether you call, email, or walk in.
