Great Experience

I haven't bought a car in 15 years. My air condition went out last summer ( and you know how hot Fresno can be in the summer). I kept putting off car shopping because I hated the idea of going from lot to lot and trying to decide what car to buy. I tolerated not having air conditioning just to avoid going car shopping. But, this year it was just to hot, so the hunt began. I went to several car lots and talked to a lot of sales people. When I went to Clawson Honda we were scheduled to meet with one salesperson, she was busy with another customer so while we were waiting for her Ryan Day entertained us. By time our sales lady came by we had bonded with Ryan. She said no problem that Ryan would take care of us. By her attitude I thought this is the kind of dealership I want to buy from, the salespeople are not trying to out do each other but they work as a team. Also, they are local and family owed. I was sold, and I love my Honda Accord.

Antonio Juarez of Clawson Honda

I just bought a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring from Clawson Honda this Labor day weekend. The sales guy who assisted me in the process of buying was Antonio Juarez. This was one of my satisfied experience buying a car from a dealership because of Antonio's hard work. He's very professional, easy to talk to, responsive (didn't let me hanging on the process and informed me where are we at during the transaction), worked in favor of my budget, and most importantly - a very honest guy. This was my second time buying at Clawson Honda. The first one, I had a good experience as well. The next time I'll buy a car, I'll go to Clawson and will look for Antonio. I'll highly recommend him to my relatives and friends. Thanks a lot Antonio and always stay honest and friendly to your customers!

Antonio Juarez Salesman

We just purchased a Honda CR-V from Clawson Honda. Antonio Juarez, a sales representative, was a pleasure to work with. He's very patient, easy to talk to, polite, and a very respectful person. He worked hard to get the car that we wanted and to make sure that we were happy with the deal we got on the car. He made our car purchase a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Antonio Juarez and Clawson Honda to all of my friends.

Pushy! Sneaky! and Unprofessional!

I had one of the worst experiences there at clawson honda, and i wouldn't recommend that place to anyone, the Asian sales guy was really pushy and was trying to run my credit without asking me first. He tried to do everything in like an hour and he wasn't being patient with me, at the end he was really rude so I left, now I know why they have so many cars on their lot...

My experience at Clawson Honda

I have been shopping at many different location for cars for me and my family. Through out all of the cars dealership that I had been to, Alex Lee at Clawson Honda is an excellent sales men. He's very polite, easy to talk to, and a very respectful person. I will recommend family members and friends to come here and look for him in the future. I own 3 brand new cars. I bought it from Lexus Valley in Modesto and Auto Land from Merced Credit Union Bank, non of them gives me this kind of service. According to my experience, Alex Lee has one of the best coustomer service.

Rigo Espinoza made my day

I started talking online to Rigo, was very helpful and informative. We also talked by phone and finally met at the dealership on Sunday 10/21/12. He knew what I was looking for, what kind of payment I wanted and made it all happen. I could not be more pleased with my purchase of 2013 CRV and the whole experience was great. Rigo has also followed up with me to see if everything was going well and you don't see that kind of customer service much anymore. Thank you Rigo for making my day and I will be a Clawson Honda customer for years to come.

Enjoyable!

I guess I'm just getting old and car salesmen who are half my age don't intimidate me the way they did when I was younger, but Eric was a pleasure to do business with. We have had only good experiences thus far, both with our Ridgeline purchased elsewhere and this latest Civic purchase. The service department was helpful a few months ago as well and provided reasonably priced upkeep to our truck and a free wash and ride to and from. Keep up the good work Honda!

Car Shopping Day

Our salesman Daniel was very efficient in accomodating all special requests. We love our new accord and we will recommend Daniel and clawson to friends looking for cars.
