I needed to take the car in because the drivers side rear
I needed to take the car in because the drivers side rear tire had developed a slow leak. It was determined to have a small piece of metal and per the warranty I had purchased, the tire was replaced at no cost to me. The service representative was Tevin Ivy, and he kept me updated on everything from getting the car washed to when the tire was going to be replaced. I appreciated the time he took to do this ,and I would recommend a letter of exemplary performance be put in his file. And further, I would recommend Lexus service to family and friends, as well as recommending purchasing or leasing a Lexus. Great job Fresno Lexus!
