The car buying process is never fun, but our salesman was very patient and courteous. My only complaint is how long it took to process the paperwork. It was also nice not to sit with a finance manager. The salesperson was able to do everything for us.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the service right on time. The quality of work was excellent, and my car is running perfectly. My visit to the new Lexus of Fresno location was amazing. I love the new facility and what it has to offer. Philip was very professional and gave me exceptional service. Highly recommend working with him! He’s the best!

I have purchased several vehicles from Fresno Lexus. They have always been straight forward with me. They have always wanted me to find the right care. In truth, I feel that I probably was the hard one for them to deal with. But in the end, I always found the car that would make me and my family happy. They really did work with me and that is greatly appreciated. I must say that I have visited almost every dealer in Fresno and Tulare counties and by far, they were the ones that worked with me the best.

Dealership needs to change their motto to, "The Pursuit of Mediocrity" because they're a stain on the brand. Call only to be hung up on. Come down to the dealership only to wait for over an hour and leave. The person who talked most to us during my visit? The gift shop dude. Would have been well and fine but the dealership reached out to me three times in the last thirty days to solicit who knows what now. Massive waste of time. Add to that a decrease in quality and mounting reliability problems. Lexus has mold issues with their AC units not draining in LS models, and now metal shavings in their V6 turbos. Time to abandon ship, there's no value here anymore.
