Dominique Montgomery at the loaner vehicle counter was amazing. He was very helpful and polite made sure that I was comfortable while he worked to get me a loaner. I came in for service with an infant and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was accompanied and secured me loaner.

Passport BMW and Peter Chun ROCK !!! We recently found a used 2022 BMW X3 on this dealership web site and contacted them to see if the car was still available. Peter Chun told it it was so we told him we were driving up from north east Tennessee 600 miles away. We made an appointment for the following day at mid morning. Peter was very through and collected all of the information he needed to expedite the process. When we arrived at te dealership we were greeted very warmly by everyone. What a beautiful facility packed with professionals. Peter greeted us and took us to his office right away and got us settled in. He made arrangements to meet with Isaiah who went over the entire car with us to show us all the options and road test the car. He was another top notch person with a great sense of humor. We got back and decided we loved the car so Peter making sure all was in order got us set up with the Finance Manager Davaughn Paige. This man was equally professional and kind with a great sense of humor. Even with me forgetting my cashiers check for the down payment, he was able to figure out a way for us to move forward. No High Pressure at all. I worked at dealerships in the past and I know all the dirty tricks they typically play and after 15 years of ugly I left the business. This experience was so completely refreshing and wonderful. As I said in the beginning, Passport BMW, Peter Chun, Devaughn Paige and Isaiah TOTALLY ROCK. You will love this place.
