Passport BMW

I purchased a pre-owned X4 from BMW Passport... They have great prices for their cars and offered my trade-in good value.. From sales to service, all their staff has smiles on their faces and work to satisfy the clients. You can tell they put most emphasis on what review they will get in the Customer survey.. compared to most dealers who care about how much money they can squeeze out of you.. I never thought I would recommend a car dealer, I strongly recommend Passport BMW!!..

I am in the military and came home to visit my parents. While home my 08 Civic required repairs, I had already had the vehicle serviced before I left from my base, so another 1200 dollars didn't make me happy. With that my father suggested buying a new vehicle and since he was a customer of Passport BMW, we went down to the dealership. My thoughts were that a new BMW would be out of my price range, I was looking for one a year or two older for practical purposes. Too my surprise, I got a brand new 2016 at a very good price. I would like to extend a hearty thanks to Mr. Frank Parks (Salesperson) and the entire Passport BMW organization for making my experience an enjoyable and memorable one.

Personable sales staff. Drove the car to me when it was ready. Remarkable. Tech master went out of his way to acquaint me with everything the X3 is capable of doing, which is a lot. Salesman found an imperfection in the wax job and insisted he make it right. Took the car, delivered it back in two days. I later found swirls on the hood caused by buffing, brought it back to the dealer. Sales manager dealt with me personally, gave me top priority and I was out in 30 minutes, happy as can be. Would recommend Passport to anyone. In fact all of my friends who own BMW's bought them there. Are all very pleased. You will not be disappointed.

The web is full of dealers who advertise "great prices" or "special deals". I've dealt with many. None have come close to the flat-out terrific offers from the professional sales organization at Passport. Led by Joe Long and his team with folks like Tom Foster, Passport has delivered at prices well under competing Virginia and Maryland dealers time after time. Save your time by doing a deal with Passport - it'll be well worth driving the extra miles. Honestly, I'm amazed at what they can offer and the speed with which a deal is done. You're out the door with a big smile sooner that you'd think possible. If you live in Virginia like me, be aware you'll pay just Virginia sales tax rather than higher Maryland taxes even though Passport is in Maryland. I've written these reviews for Passport several times over the years because Passport folks have been consistently delightful to deal with. Super knowledgeable, consistently outstanding deals. Robert and Marco took good care of me and made sure my experience was a memorable one. I recommend checking them out if you're in the NE corridor. They have some really good deals to take advantage of.

The service and professionalism at this shop was quite refreshing. They replaced my tire (run flat) without attempting to sell me something I didn't need, unlike other shops. While others said I might need two tires, the dealer showed I only needed to replace the flattened tire. Thanks for the honesty! And the coffee is always hot!

Dealing with my sales advisor, Brett Robertson of Passport has been very pleasant and satisfying. He was very attentive, efficient and respectful of my time. He was always on time and fully prepared so that all my dealings with him took a minimum of time with little or no waiting. I had ordered a new car and he kept me fully informed of its progress from manufacturing through shipping and final delivery. Marco completed all the final paper work quickly and efficiently. This is our second car bought at Passport and both transactions were very satisfactory.

I'm still smiling and overjoyed about my recent new car purchase at Passport BMW. My experience from beginning to end was great. Brandt Gess the Sales Advisor that assisted me was pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. He explained everything to me in detail, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable about the process. I would definitely recommend anyone who's in the market for a new or used BMW to visit Passport BMW, and ask for Brandt if you want exceptional service. I would like to also add that Jay Emadi, the Finance Manager was pleasant to work with as well as Luigi the BMW Genius who came to my home and gave me an encore orientation of all the features in my car. I'm happy and still smiling about my car purchase thanks to these guys!
