Oil change - waiting appointment

I called the day ahead for a waiting appt for my complimentary oil change (I bought the CRV there.). Arrived 15 minutes early; there was only one other service customer already being helped. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one greeted me or said, "Someone will be with you in a minute." Finally, someone came out to do the work order. After that, I was in the waiting room for 1 hour. I went to the service desk to find out what was going on and the paperwork was there. Signed the paper and got my key. My car was to be brought up, but waited another 10 minutes. The car was very hot inside, like it had been sitting in the sun for a while. This was the 2nd and last time I'll take my car to Concord Honda. My service person seemed like they didn't really like their job -- kind of sullen. I usually go to Antioch or Livermore where I get great service and friendly staff that communicates with me through the process. Maybe they overbook their appointments -- I don't know. My buying experience there was real good, but not the service (so you'll know why I say No to the next question. I would recommend Concord Honda for sales only.

Humming sound repair Honda Pilot 2013

We came in for the humming sound coming from the front of our Honda Pilot Touring AWD 2013. First time we heard it 5yrs after purchase. They recommended and did wheel alignment. Sound is still there.
