Worse dealer car ever, got pulled over by the police

Worse dealer car ever, got pulled over by the police because car “wasn’t” registered under my name and still registered under old owner. Car got towed and paid $800 to get it out . Honda Accord didn’t want to help to pay some of the towing even though got pulled over because they didn’t do their job right!

Great experience leasing my very first car from Honda

Great experience leasing my very first car from Honda Concord. I went with the Civic Touring Hybrid. Drives great and I am really loving all the extras!

We brought our Honda Ridgeline in for a tire rotation.

We brought our Honda Ridgeline in for a tire rotation. When moving our truck, the dealer accidentally scraped the side of our truck against a wall. Customer service immediately told us about the problem and apologized. Without any negotiating or arguing, they had the truck repaired by a local body shop. They provided us with a rental car during the repairs. When they returned the car to us, it had been completely detailed. It looked better than the day we drove it off the lot. During the entire process, they were always available to answer any questions we posed.
