If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would....
If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would. Concord Honda employs swindling crooks that lack a conscience. At the least I'd say their moral compass is outweighed by their desire to make money. I bought a used Ford Focus ST from here. It all began when after being hounded by "Prab" the salesman every hour on the hour to convince me to drive almost 2 hours to Concord. After so many days of this pestering I decided to get this over with and made the journey to the dealership. Most places, and by most I mean every car lot except one or two hand me the keys and allow me to test drive on my own. Not these xxxxxxxx, and to make things shadier, I was coaxed where approximately I was to drive the vehicle during the "test." Long story and a few minor and unnecessary details later I had put down almost $5K and was on my way home. That day it was raining and my GPS chose to route me through this windy levy road going through Stockton. This is when I quickly learned the car had problems that could very well have taken my life. When driving on any surface, whether it smooth or rough the car will suddenly yank itself almost a full half of a lane. Three times driving home the car unexpectedly jumped into the lane of oncoming traffic two were passenger cars and the last was a full flagged 18-wheeler semi. Had they not been paying such close attention I most definitely wouldn't be writing this complaint. So I make it home barely and the next day I call the salesman "Prab." I let him know of the cars life threatening performance and I told him I no longer wanted the car. I understood the laws in my state of CA and I even offered to return the car upon my down payment being returned minus a restocking fee. Oh quick side note, the check engine light came on the next day as well. This was the last straw and was what made me decide to return the car. He tells me, oh ya on a wednesday with no notice to my job, drop everything you're doing and drive 2 hours down here so we can attempt to diagnose and possibly fix the check engine light, not even giving the most serious issue any acknowledgement whatsoever. So I say to him that the longest I can take off work is 3 hours max (for an out of the blue unscheduled dr's visit), so I will be needing a loaner car. "Oh bro, we're fresh out of loaner cars. I don't know what to tell you." Now I'm getting really pissed off and he says at least do the interview (for finalizing the loan application) and then we'll try and take a look at the CE light. "No, I'm not doing any interview BRO, I don't want this car its a death trap. And since I'm not doing the interview, financing won't be secured and I'll have to bring the car back and you'll have to return my down payment minus a restocking fee." He says "well in that case the loan will be funded without you, we really didn't even need you anyway." I demanded to speak to his manager or to get his number yet I was given neither.

Great Service!
My experience with Sandra at Concord Honda was amazing. She was knowledgeable and patient at explaining the needed repairs. We?ve tried several independent mechanics for repairs, and only Sandra and her team were able to resolve our car issues. I will not take my car to anyone else for oil changes or repairs from now on.
