Attempted to do business with these guys but after a fallout with the Sales Rep over financing, the dealership manager (don't recall her name) contacted me presumably to work it out, but fell flat on her face. She was so pompous and proud of the many awards that she has, that my concerns were second fiddle at best. Needless to say that didn't go well at all so I bought my new car at Radley. Nice job Pohanka.......if your objective is to drive customers away. I'm perfectly happy driving to Woodbridge so that I don't have to listen to the manager brag about how great her dealership is (the same one that failed to sell me a car).

Not only was he patient at this late hour, but he took the time to show us all the special tech features of the car (after purchasing) including the small yet important things like connecting our smartphone to the car's bluetooth.
