I had the worst experience, taxes and other charges were added to the end of the contract that was not agreed upon. they took advantage of me been with my wife and toddler that was so tired after 5 hours of the deal. I won't recommend this dealership.

Great experience with Yong Kim and the Pohanka Team. I traveled from PA to purchase my 2023 RDX A-Spec Advance. I got a great price, and YK was very responsive and accommodating. Worth the trip.

I had the BEST experience with Josh Ruiz in the Service Department. From my initial phone call to check if a loaner vehicle would be available, working through the maintenance codes / services needed, determining options to replace tires, going the extra mile to reserve the parts for a recall item, applying a service discount, to picking up my (freshly washed) car, Josh was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I called my spouse to confirm something from prior maintenance, and Josh was considerate in talking to both of us. When I picked up my car, he remembered that I had mentioned an upcoming road trip, which confirmed to me that he viewed me as an individual, not just the next job in line. I expected getting car service was going to be a painful experience, but Josh really made it pleasant. The next time I need service, I will be sure to ask for Josh Ruiz by name.

One year after purchasing a used 2020 MDX, we decided to upgrade to the newer 2024 MDX. Of course we went back to Yong Kim, as he has been such a great support over the past year. We appreciated Yong’s guidance on the Leasing process and trading in our used 2020 MDX. We were also very pleased to work with the Finance Manager Shahbaz - awesome and friendly guy! So excited to drive our new 2024 Acura MDX A-spec!
