Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. No resolution to the non working Acura link. Less than 4000 miles and not working from the time of purchase. Dealer’s explanation is it is a third party problem. This is not acceptable. I have purchased 120 K worth of vehicles from Acura in the last 6 months and this is the lack of service I am receiving. Buyer be aware and seriously check the reviews.

Absolutely the worst I dealt with.

Absolutely the worst I dealt with. Been here twice for the same problem with no resolution. I was told that Acura link is a third party responsibility. Bought 2 Acuras in the last 6 months. Buyer be ware.

This was my fourth new vehicle from Pohanka Acura, and Mr. Yong Kim facilitated my two most recent purchases. He has always been able to find the exact vehicle to meet my requirements, while putting together a financing structure that also meets my needs. I would not wish to work with anyone else in any future acquisition of a new Acura. Both Mr. Kim and the finance person, Tim Rowan, had respect for my time as I was able to complete the entire leasing transaction very quickly, and I was turning in my old leased vehicle as well. This was all handled in only one 2-hour visit to the dealership!

This is the second time I’ve purchased an Acura MDX from Yong Kim. He is, without question, the most professional and easy-going automobile sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars at the dealership and works hard to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the entire process. The price we agreed to on the car was very fair and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I highly recommend Yong Kim and all of the staff at Pohanka Acura for a superlative car buying experience.

I got the opportunity to work with Yong Kim at Pohanka

I got the opportunity to work with Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura! I purchased my wife 2025 Acura MDX. Yong Kim made sure that I left in a brand new 2025 Acura MDX. Everyone there was friendly, nice, and helpful from the time I entered the establishment and left! Yong Kim gave the best service and information from start to finish. He even checked up on me after my purchase to ensure that my wife still loved my brand new Acura MDX. His passion showed tremendously and it was clear he wasn’t there to just make a sale. He was passionate and showed empathy. I will forever support them!
