Horrible experience. No resolution to the non working Acura link. Less than 4000 miles and not working from the time of purchase. Dealer’s explanation is it is a third party problem. This is not acceptable. I have purchased 120 K worth of vehicles from Acura in the last 6 months and this is the lack of service I am receiving. Buyer be aware and seriously check the reviews.

Absolutely the worst I dealt with. Been here twice for the same problem with no resolution. I was told that Acura link is a third party responsibility. Bought 2 Acuras in the last 6 months. Buyer be ware.

This was my fourth new vehicle from Pohanka Acura, and Mr. Yong Kim facilitated my two most recent purchases. He has always been able to find the exact vehicle to meet my requirements, while putting together a financing structure that also meets my needs. I would not wish to work with anyone else in any future acquisition of a new Acura.
