I had an appointment to do a test drive on two SUV models. When I arrived at the dealership nobody welcomed us to say why we are there. So, I reached out to a desk that two employees were sitting and told them I have an appointment. Finally, another employee whose name was Nick came by and took us to the car’s location. First, he was just opening the doors to only show the car, even not explaining about anything about the car. I told him we are here for a test drive. He came with us, when starting to drive, I started asking some questions, he was answering in a way that he was forced to be there, not in a friendly way, after like 5 minute we came back to the parking lot. I was asking him that where to park, he was saying wherever it was parked. Really? If I remembered, I would not ask. Then, when I asked to test drive another SUV, he said let’s do it quickly in 5 minute, because I have another customer!!!!! Really? We are customer too. How could I a test drive like this? Very rude. I was upset and I told him it seems that you are in a rush? We are the customer too. We got an appointment .I went inside and asked the two other employees for the manager, and they said we are the manager, even did not apologized when I complained about the person who came with us and the way he treated us. Very poor customer service and awful service. I will never ever go back to this dealership. You lost a customer.
