I checked out 6 Bay Area dealers and Concord was the only one that came back with some help in obtaining my RAV4 PRIME and helped me get one in a timely fashion!

Christian, the person who took care of my car went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Toyota was as painless as possible. I had bought a car three ago prior to going to Toyota Concord. It turned out I needed an expensive battery for a Prius and a catalytic converter. The team at Concord, and particularly Christian, were understanding and compassionate. They gave me a good price on the repair and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They were efficient, and I trusted them.

Modern busness approach. Respectful and no obnoxious pressure. Helpful before I was a customer. Service Manager outstanding. Fleet Sales Manager supurb. Some men were helpful, only one was so-so. No sales pressure. Not sure if they thought I was window shopping. I am a little old lady who did not want a used car. I purchased a new car and received it in record time.

Jewels, the sales associate who walked me through the details of the new car I was purchasing, was very accommodating and attentive to my questions. She provided great customer service!

The reason any stars at all is for Toby. Toby was great to work with. Friendly and knowledgeable and great at communicating through the process. The drop in stars is due to the financing and detailing teams. While signing paperwork I was told I was getting a "free" extra warranty. I'm glad I made him slow down when he was scrolling very quickly through the numbers page. There was an extra $1000 charge for this "free" warranty. After finding this, his demeanor changed drastically and I felt like he was treating me as an inconvenience. The detailing team did not fill out the checklist in the glovebox. When going through it myself at home, I found one tire to be 4psi lower than the rest and I had to inflate it myself. I am concerned that other things were not checked that are on the checklist, and that when I find an issue later it will be my fault somehow because they never tested it initially.

Great help from the instance I walked into the place. Nick made sure everything was good to go and set me up with the car I wanted right away.
