They did not do what they promised to done, once I put the deposit and lied to me that they have done. Should not trust their words. Very sad experinece. stay a way.

Best car dealership in queens. I went looking for a used car not knowing what I wanted. I found a lot of nice cars and got a beautiful Honda Accord. That was 6 months ago. the car still drives perfectly and I never had any issues. the office staff is helpful. they really go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Erika helped me get insurance too through a broker. I definitely recommend.

Best used car dealership around!!! I got approved for a car loan with very bad credit and am very happy with my car. Before I picked up the car, Cypress got it serviced, changed the oil and detailed it... the car was very clean when I picked it up. The staff was also very helpful. I needed help with insurance and they got me a good deal...they also took care of the new license plates and registration very quickly

Went to Cypress Motors looking to buy a car and ended up buying a 2014 Infiniti Q50. I have had the car a little over a year now and the car runs like new. Pat and Antoniette were very helpful!!! I urge anyone that goes to buy a car here to be very careful. I called them in hopes to get a vehicle with bad credit. Erika told me that a $2500 down payment would be needed. I was told that I can come put $800 down and they would “hold” the vehicle for a month until I came up with the rest. So that’s what I did. Little did I know that they would threaten to keep my money if I couldn’t afford their financing. I was told that the payments would be “comfortable” but they would never give me a price. When I finally came up with the additional $1700 I came in to get the vehicle. This part was my fault but I signed a bunch of paper work and handed them the additional $1700 before I seen the financing agreement. I understand Im paying high interest because I have bad credit but none of that should affect the selling price of the vehicle. The payments on a 2008 Honda pilot with 144,000 miles is $409 a month for 36 months. He raised the price of the vehicle up over $1000 and claimed that the vehicle price was different because I didn’t have a cosigner. From what I’m aware of cosigning does not affect the price of the vehicle it affects the interest-rate. I told them that I didn’t want to do it. He told me that he was just going to keep my $2500 and it’s not his problem. Obviously, I was upset and did not want to lose my money. I signed the contract because I really didn’t have any other choice. He gave me the car with the gas light on. Then turns around and gives me a $50 bill to fill up the tank, how nice of him. There are a few things wrong with the vehicle one of them he did set up an appointment to correct. But later on that night I was driving and realized I’m missing a blinker a headlight and a daytime running lamp. Also the engine sounded loud I looked underneath and I have posted a picture of what I found. I can only assume the inspection that was done on the vehicle was fraudulent. A New York State inspection with missing headlights and blinkers and shoddy repairs to the exhaust system is not somethings that can be overlooked. Also my AC didn’t work it was an easy fix I paid $30 to have it recharged and it is ice cold but again they had the car for a month they knew I was coming to pick it up they knew the price I was paying and they couldn’t even fix these things because at the end of the day the customer doesn’t matter to them it’s the money. This business is not BBB accredited but they do have reviews one of the reviews being an identical situation to mine so this is some thing that they do on the regular. I would advise anyone going to this dealership to pay in cash do not finance with them. I will be bringing back the vehicle and using the FTC cooling off period to get rid of this vehicle. I doubt he will give me my $2500 back but I’ll take that to small claims court and protest with signs outside of this business.
