Thank you to Cypress Motors for getting me approved when several other dealerships couldnt. The credit application was simole and I was approved the same day. Staff is nice and good customer service.

1 star is the lowest I can rate otherwise it would have been 0 stars After purchasing a 2008 Aspen cash at this dealership, I drove less the 2 mile and the check engine light came on (Engine issues). After letting the dealership know of the issue they said they would take care of it. You know that wasn't true. I got the run around for weeks and even left the vehicle with them several times for approximately of 2.5 weeks. Each time their "Mechanic" looked at the vehicle he stated he could not duplicate the problem and would clear the code which was present when i dropped the vehicle off. In addition each time I left the dealer the light would come back on within 2 to 3 miles. Which means this is a hard fault, not an intermittent problem. This issue has prevented me from getting a state emissions inspection. The owner Pat had agreed to fix the vehicle then went back on his word, offering $300 toward a $1000 repair. The money offered would not even cover the parts needed for the repairs, on a vehicle that clearly had an issue they tried to cover up prior to my purchase. All I have asked is for #Cypressmotors to do the right this as a business and I am completely disappointed in my experience.
