Overall, great experience… The only problem was the person we contacted and was supposed to to meet ended up not showing up when we got there and he didn’t contact us to let us know he couldn’t make it. However, someone else stepped in and had all or our information ready and was able to help finish the process easily.

The sales representative (Sami) took the time to understand my needs and patiently answered all my questions without any pressure. The entire process, from test driving to finalizing the paperwork (Daniel), was smooth and transparent. I appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout. It truly felt like they prioritized customer satisfaction, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase.

Responsive team, took care of problems. There was a delay in sending my paperwork as I had signed up for electronic delivery but apparently there was a problem with the email they were sending to. Everyone called from General Manager down to take care of my issue satisfactorily.

The salesman is really nice and efficient, gave great service too. And the facilities are very clean and big. Buying process is fast and easy. Very good experience.

No one explained us that car we are buying doesn't have an important for us feature. After contacting sales personnel to help with fixing this issue we didn't get satisfying response.

I bought a used Honda CR-V and the price for a similar car elsewhere was a few thousands more. I liked the experience so much that my son went there and found a Honda civic coupe that he liked a lot. Sami was very helpful and we ended up having two Hondas in our family.
