I worked with Chris Chao and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to make me happy. His friendly attitude and his on-time approach to every issue my car was facing, made the ordeal manageable. I went in upset that my brakes were having issues on my GS350, and Chris helped facilitate the repair of my braking system with the Lexus Customer Service Department. Recently I took my Lexus ES350 for service at Pohanka. The Service Representative was James Manikath. I was greeted cordially and within no time wrote up the ticket and gave me details about the work and how long it will take. I was treated as a very special client. Couple of time he came to remind me of how the work was going and when I can expect the car be ready. It was a wonderful experience to know that he cares about me and my needs. It was a pleasure to work with James and he is the reason why I will go to the dealer when I have other options. He is caring, articulate, honest and trustworthy. I needed to get my RX 330 in yesterday for service. James made the process so effortless. My wife and kid had to wait to get the car out. He answered all our questions and recommended that we keep an eye out on the tires and get it rotated as it may have been over 5k miles since the last one. We often make it a point to schedule with James as he has been very helpful in providing the right level of recommendation in regards to service procedures.
