Excellent Service Department
A huge thank you to Raymon Tanyos, my service consultant at Pohanka Lexus. Being a Mercedes owner for several years, I didn't realize the difference in service. I didn't need an appointment at Lexus - what a shocker! I could take my car in on a snowy Sunday - I couldn't believe it! All that combined with the wonderful service of Raymon Tanyos made is a world class experience. Thank you Raymon and the rest of the Pohanka Lexus Chantilly Service Team. You're the best!!!

QUICK SERVICE
I was very happy with the quick greeting and swift process of necessary paperwork. Also received a phone call to come pick up car. after couple hours Sometimes I have to call and check status, which I don't like to do.

Great Service at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly
I have been coming to Pohanka Lexus (Chantilly) the past 9 years. Manikath James has been my service adviser from day one. James has been excellent during all my service needs. Not only for my service needs I use him, I also recommended him to my other family members and friends. My recent visit to Pohanka for my car's service again included an outstanding experience with James and the rest at the dealership. Lexus vehicles are great, but my reason for buying Lexus again and again is because of my overall positive experience at Pohanka Lexus.

Great Service
Freddy Earl is the main reason I continue to bring my IS250 Lexus to Pohanka Lexus. Pohanka always provides great service but I feel like Freddy always goes the extra mile to make sure I am provided with great customer service. I would recommend anyone to request Freddy Earl to check their cars for maintenance.

winter quick service day

Excellent Customer Service
Assad Malik provided excellent customer service on my recent visit to Pohanka Lexus! I took my vehicle in because the "check engine" light warning because water pump broken and the vehicle was due for regular maintenance 60k. Actual mileage on car is 70432. Just cross warranty mileage. Mr Assad investigated options available, and was able to get Lexus to cover all of the costs associated with the new parts and labor, saving me hundreds of dollars He kept me updated on the status/progress, and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be available for pick-up.

Customer Care is not just a wall poster!
Arrived without an appointment with some questions / concerns about sounds in my new RX450H. I walked to the first service desk and was met by Ray Tanyos. I explained that this was my first hybrid. He immediately proceeded to arrange for a tech. to ride with me to assess my concerns. As it turned out, everything I was hearing was "routine" for a hybrid, and I was reassured. As comforting as that news was, I subsequently learned (from his business card) that Mr. Tanyos had already completed his workday and was "wrapping up" and heading home when I showed up at his desk. Though it was already an hour after his quitting time, he had stayed around to insure that my concerns were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. As he walked me to my vehicle, I was reminded of the old bromide: "What you do speaks so loudly I can't hear what you say". Though all businesses today display some kind of poster about "customer care", Ray Tanyos is proof that customer care is not just lip service at Pohanka. Ray's willingness to see to it that my concerns were addressed (at, undoubtedly, a personal inconvenience) confirmed that I made the right decision in buying a vehicle at Pohanka!

Raymon Tanyos
Your Mr. Tanyos saw that I was very lame with a broken ankle and came around to make sure the line did not crowd me out. He took care of the service issues and arranged a place for me to sit while waiting for the loaner. He helped me get to the car. After all that it turned out that my wallet was left in the back of the car and I needed it for ID for a surgery the next day. He moved quickly and kindly to find it and retrieve it and have it waiting for me at the end of the day. Please know that he is a fabulous ambassador for Pohanka. I have purchased two cars from Cesar and have been very happy but Mr Tanyos is a star! Thank you, Patricia de Bearn
