Always have great service. Gianluca Ballin is always friendly and knowledgeable. Love the fact that they give loaner cars. I've never had a bad experience here!!!

The only negative was the wait before a service person checked me in. The department was disorganized and I stood waiting for a while waiting to check in. Some of the service people were bickering over who would help another customer. Two others were occupied on a computer. No one even acknowledged me as I stood there. Once Mr. Earl came out from the back to wait on me, the service was excellent. If not for him, my rating for customer service would be lower. I give him 5 stars

Mr. Asad Malik always provides excellent, friendly and appropriate service advise and solutions. He takes a thoroughly professional approach to ensure that all problems are adequately addressed.

Recently i took my uncle's car in for repair. Technician Cliff P. was friendly, helpful and was instrumental in moving the process so I got the car back quickly. Amazing service! thanks Pohanka

Great service department, friendly employees and clean customer lounge. My service rep Ala Odeh was professional and got me in and out in a reasonable time.

We had just purchased our RX350 and decided to take a road trip. While driving over a freshly paved highway our vehicle was sprayed with a light coating of tar. We brought it right over to Pohanka Lexus and Lorenzo Gonzalez was our Service Manager. The tar proved difficult to remove but thanks to Lorenzo's personal attention and eye for detail we left Pohanka as happy customers. We will return to Pohanka Lexus and especially Lorenzo Gonzales for all of our future Lexus vehicle needs.

On my way to Pa. I had battery troubles... Mitch was nice to offer a loaner, but I waited while they fixed it.. They even put air in my tires. We're low... Thank you Mo

I love my lexus, and I love the service I get from pohanka lexus. Mike in the service department has always been helpful, and has always been cheerful. If he's ever had a bad day, I would never know, and I like that.
