i bought my car in for a rattle noise and ala odeh was my service guy .he took my car in right away and found out that something was loose under my car. they put it back were it belongs and washed my car for me only took an hour for everything. great customer service!

Today I came in and received great service on my vehicle! Lorenzo helped me today to get help on my a/c. I'll be back for sure!

Mitch Buster has been the reason for my last service experience from being a normal to extra-ordinary. I realized how dependable he was only after I have had to interface with somebody else, who would make me feel they are doing me a favor. Mitch made me feel like a LEXUS Customer, premium service for the premium car :-) My car had a lot of alert lights on including engine, AFS, and further needed 120k service. Mitch Buster was my service advisor who went went above and beyond to make me experience what I would say , 'the best service experience I ever had'. Being a detail oriented person, he looked up the vehicle being still under warranty and made sure that everything that was under warranty was fixed. Mind you, another service agent had decided to charge me for these services earlier this year. Mitch has been quite responsive in communication, as always. Being a woman, often you are being taking advantage of in service garages with jargons that dont make a whole lot of sense. Mitch had the patience to explain in detail about what was being done to the car in 'language that I can comprehend'. I will not go to see anybody, except Mitch, Since I know I can trust him. Thank you Mitch.

Pohanka Lexus has the best ice cream free and my kids love it. Mitch had my car serviced while we waited. So many places I seen in the past are not even close to Pohanka kindness. My kids love to come and we are back soon. Thanks Mitch

The service at Pohanka Lexus is fabulous. Ala takes fantastic care of me, much as if I were his mother. I am in a wheelchair and he does so much to make everything easy for me. Even helps with my wheelchair. Warm, pleasant, personable and very knowledgable. He is simply great! Luis, Huy, and Kerkel(sp?) have also taken exceptionally good care of me. Thank you so much for everything they do!
