Excellent facility. Very courteous staff. On extended trip and needed required servicing which included oil and filter change us tire rotation and balance. Quickly serviced. Vehicle cleaned throughly after servicing. Excellence throughout.

The service advisor Daniel very professional and knowledgeable he took the time explain problem with my brake. They replaced all my brake pads and rotors my Rx 350 now my vehicle drive normal no vibration . Pohanka Lexus is great place to service your vehicle . Keep it up !

Mark Cedeno exceeded our expectations in the way he handled our last visit to Pohanka Lexus for Service on our Lexus IS sedan. We have owned five Lexus models( 2 RX and 3 IS) and frankly have rarely had to bring them in for anything other than routine. This visit involved a key ring stuck in the ashtray which was removed, no problem. it was ready early, an extra bonus! Recommend Mark Cedeno and the Dealership 100%!

I recently purchased my 2014 ES350 from Pohanka Lexus and I must say it was my best car buying experience. I also work in the car business so I know that car buying is not the easy and can be a long drawn out process. From start to finish Peter was always very upfront and honest which I really appreciate and respect. I let him know from the begining my time was very limited due to my working schuedule and having two little ones (one being a 13 month old) I would need be in and out with no hassle....... I got just that! When I pulled into Pohanka my car was cleaned, gased up and ready to go! Now being a woman I told him exaclty what I wanted black on black, Luxury package and of course when I got there I wanted to compare the diffences between the Ultra Luxury with the Luxury package. I spent about 5 minutes looking at the two and he was very helpful pointing out all the different features making sure I was making the right decision. After all was said and done, I picked the ES I orginally came in for. Negotiating was the part I was not looking forward to but I must say it was the most accomedating process and I was extremly impressed! The overall professionalism and honesty Peter showed is what sealed the deal for me. Even though I got an amazing deal I am a firm believer that people not only by the car they also buy people! I bought into Peter that night. He is a great asset for Pohanka and as long as he is there Pohanka will continue to have my business!
