Pohanka Lexus

Wow! Where do I start? I have bought almost 15 cars in the last 25 years and I have never, ever met such a knowledgeable and caring person in the car business. Christy Lee at Pohanka Lexus was dead on with her information and was also extremely professional; she communicated like you wouldn't believe, responding to both calls and emails. And she's such a nice person! She's kind and considerate, and she's going to champion whatever your needs are and continue to help you to get whatever you may need from the dealership. She is a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend buying a car from Christy. You can definitely trust her and count on her 100 percent.

I love my Lexus and I like Lexus Pohanka so much I continue to drive from Delaware to Chantilly for the 5,000 mile services. Mark Cedeno is my service consultant and I plan my visits around his schedule. I continue to be impressed by his professional manner and his attention to details when asked specific questions. My last service was this past Tuesday. I drove up to the front door, and as I was exiting, I looked in and saw Mark waving to me and then he addressed me by name when I went to his desk. Now, I know there are lots of white Lexuses pulling into that area (and many senior citizens) yet he recognized and acknowledged me. That's an added benefit for a Pohanka customer. Thank you Mark.

Mike Cedeno handled the write up for the 55K miles service work on my Lexus ES350. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very interested in making the process a good experience for me. When the work was nearing completion he came to see me in the waiting area to explain that my tires were OK for now but that the technician thought they probably would need replacing by the next service cycle. I asked Mike to give me an estimate for replacement tires and he worked up two written estimates complete with good descriptions of the tires as well as pricing. When my car was ready Mike expedited the payment paperwork for me and walked me to my car. I've had good experiences with Pohanka service work before but this was a cut above.

John Ballinprovided us with help getting our car in and gaveus a loaner which we used to continue our trip. He updated us regularly and picked up our car on the way back home. I have visited Pohanka lexus numerous time for my service and received great service everytime consistently. Mitch Buster has been great in keeping me in the loop of what was being done on my car and presenting multiple options for me to get the best value for my money. His attention to detail when I present my issues is amazing since I never had a situation where I had to come back an hour later or the next day with a complaint. I would recommend this dealership to anybody for services. Their awesome lounge area with big screen TVs and Massage chairs is an additional bonus :)
