Pohanka Lexus

I arrived this morning to look into getting some work done on my Lexus that I had purchased a few years ago and had gone back to have serviced at another dealership. I left Pohanka Lexus extremely satisfied and in record time with my car serviced and my loyalty transferred to a great team. Thanks to Raymon for making me feel at home right away.

Fred Earl has been my service advisor for the past 5 years. He always is in a great mood and always offers me a great customer service experience. He takes the time out to make sure what is needed for my IS-250 and answers all of my questions. Fred Earl truly makes coming to get my car serviced a good experience.

Reza provided customer service above and beyond what I could expect. He ensured I understood the repairs that was recommended providing information in detail at a level I could understand. I took note that he was diligent in the small things like confirming whether or not the repair was under warranty and patiently working with me to decide what service I could afford. Finally, he kept me informed about my repairs. He was very patient in working with me which I greatly appreciated. I walked away very pleased with the service provided by Reza.

Excellent customer service, even dropped me off for lunch across the street while I was waiting for the car. Great communication by text and email.

5 yrs later I still service my car and have a really nice experience. I was treated professionally. Mr. Earl was the name of the guy who helped me and he didn't pressure me into buying repairs I didn't need.

Quick and easy drop off at 7am. Waited 90 minutes whike service was performed in a nice quiet lounge. Decent coffee and healthy snacks. Amazed that original brake pads are still in limits after 95k. Mr. Farias was professional and a pleasure to work with.

I've been coming to this dealer for almost a year now and Raymond has always been there to help. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Plus his peaceful and welcoming attitude never changes.
