I appreciate honesty when it comes to recommendations for service on my car. Reza provides great customer service and is a reason why I have my car serviced at Pohanka Lexus.

The service advisor was fine, and the service prompt However, I was told the car would be washed and vacuumed - it was NOT. This makes me wonder what else that I paid for was missed or left out. This was not an inexpensive service.

Reza is an awesome service representative and went out of his way to make sure our Lexus was properly serviced and repaired quickly and completely! When they took longer than planned because of unexpected problems he even made sure that I had food 🥘 as I am a diabetic and needed food.

Love the service department at Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly VA . I can always count on them to fix and service my lexus fast and accurate . I worked with service girl Lagii Moore . She was truly personable and professional . Also enjoyed new lounge area especially upstairs massaging chairs and new office areas

For the past couple of times, I have been to Asad for service of my 2010 Lexus. He is courteous, professional and I have been very pleased with the service!

I would like to recognize Mr. Tanyos for his excellent customer service this morning. He greeted me immediately upon arrival, explained each step of the process to include an estimated completion time, and showed me to the waiting lounge. Once my vehicle was complete, he thoroughly went over the invoice and advised when the next time I should return for the next service. It great to see that excellent customer service in this day still exists. Well done!

Had a very very bad experience at Pohanka Lexus Chantilly Service department - I took in my car as one of my tire has slow leak. I asked them to check it out - they said since the tire is still under warranty we don't patch it even if it is fixable. If you do want to patch it you loose the warranty. I asked them before I decide on anything I would like to get it checked and find out what the cause is. They found a nail in the middle tread and called me that they can patch it but would cost $68. I denied saying that just fill it with air for now and I will get it done later. When I went to pick my car - even though my car was in express checkout - it took them 20 mins to get my car and in 45 mins from leaving the shop my entire tire was flat - could not drive the car. When I called the service person - he started blaming me that I don't know how you drive or where you went with that car - it is your fault that you decided not to get it fixed from us. If they had removed the nail, they should have told me that you need to get it fixed soon as we have removed the nail. I would have gladly taken it to Costco tires who only charge $11 to fix the leak. But since I decided not to get it fixed with them - they ignored informing me and blaming me for the problem and putting me in a hazardous situation.

I've been bringing my car since i bought it here and it has been great. Asad Malik & Kambiz Amiro have been amazing. I recommend it to anyone.

I went in without an appointment for my 15K servicing. I was worried it would take a long time because I had to wait for the car. Everyone was courteous and very efficient. The entire experience took just over an hour and the waiting room was clean, had lots of snacks and before I knew it I was ready to leave. Very easy and great service. Thanks Reza.
