Pohanka Lexus

I bought a 2022 Lexus NX350h from this dealership on 05/05/22. The financial manager Jimmy Zayad sold me a warranty called ECP plus for over 900$. I then realized that the warranty actually only cover damage by weather so I decided to cancel it. However the dealership told me that the warranty cannot be canceled once applied. I was not informed by the financial manager when I bought it and I just bought it within a week. I think this is FRAUD and I suggest you not doing any business with this dealership.

Sold me a car with an oil leak, and differential fluid leak. When I had it fixed, they told me that their warranty doesn't cover it because I didn't bring the car to them first. I made the purchase in good faith, but they did not make the sale in good faith. Disappointed.

This is our 3rd car purchase from Pohanka Lexus, and we have always had an excellent experience at this dealer. Shavan is super to work with! The worst car dealership in Northern VA! They lie and don’t follow through. The General Manager promised to remedy after I purchased my car a bad paint job, bad breaks, and then his sales and maintenance leads from Sid to Reza and the finance guy Asad lied to me! They didn’t fix my breaks and lie about ever assessing the poor paint job! They said they cleaned the car and looked at the paint job but when I picked up my car it was still dirty from all the snow so how did they determine the paint job was fine? This is the worst General Manager and his team do not go to this Lexus Dealership go somewhere else! Buy a BMW!!

Worst Service department I ever dealth with. I have tried al most three weeks to get my Lexus to be serviced at this dealership. I owned four new cars. Honda, Toyota, Acura & Lexus. Lexus dealership was the worst to deal with. The reason they are the only one around us and they really don't care since there so many customer around. I made multiple calls to the dealership for first service but no repsonse at all. They don't care. I will get ride of my lexus as soon as possible and buy Electric so that I don't have to deal this people. I got called from some body name Amir and called him back so many times no repsone.
