I recently purchased a new automobile from Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly, VA. My overall experience with the dealership during the purchase process was extraordinarily positive. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Of particular note was the salesperson who worked with me, Ganbat Dorj. He has an encyclopedic-like knowledge of the automobile, its performance, and the features it provides. Ganbat was quick to respond to questions and his answers were always relevant to the topic being discussed. Thanks to Ganbat, the purchase process was completely painless and actually, quite pleasant. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing an automobile. It is most definitely a 5-star dealership and Ganbat is a 5 star salesperson.

These guys are wonderful!
These guys are wonderful! I am one who HATES the car buying experience, but it was not that at all with Pohanka Lexus and Salesman Sean Eager. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford, and helped me find the car of my dreams. I left with something FAR better than I went in for and expected. They will not pressure you and you will not feel like you are being taken advantage of but helped and respected.

AVOID POHANKA LEXUS CHANTILLY
I am filing a complaint against Pohanka Lexus using predatory and unlawful practices, using false information and high pressure sales tactics, in just 3 hours its salesman and manager tricked and robbed tens of thousands dollars from most inexperienced newly graduate young people. It all started out with a routine maintenance, we bought a certified used car with extend warranty from Pohanka Lexus a year ago, during waiting time for the maintenance on April 28, the salesman named Abdul Tayyab approached to my daughter, asked if he can help something with the car needs, then he started told my daughter how she looks better in a newer car, how much money can be saved to switch to a newer car, after test drive, Mr. Tayyab then take advantage of the inexperience and innocent young buyer by start telling how little inventory is now and how difficult to get a car, overinflated the car sales price for thousand dollars over MSRP. The worst part came to the trade in, Mr. Tayyab using the false information by provide a internet quote from his relatives over a crashed car, and using that information to under value ten thousand dollars for my daughter’s trade in, which was just purchased certified a year earlier at same dealership with the known condition and maintenance records. Mr. Tayyab told my daughter the car only valued for $16,500, but the very same car dealership listed for sale next day for $31,900 with just a simple cleaning, what a good business (robbery) they can make!! (We got a quote from other dealership for as high as $26,000 for trade in for the same car) They then used high pressure sales practices basically locked my daughter inside the dealership for 3 hours NOT give chance for any thinking and research until she signed the paper, even after my daughter called me for help, the salesman told my daughter older people don’t know anything about modern car, and don’t know how car sales and finance works, later on they skipped explain all the finances information and obligations, just simply convinced her that she can afford only $20 a day payment. The very next morning my daughter figured out she can not afford the monthly payment, she called and also asked the coworker to called Mr. Tayyab for help and wanted to back out, but Mr. Tayyab ignored that the whole thing was because he tricked and trapped my daughter into the situation, emphasizing she already signed the paper and refuse any help, to add salt to the injury, when we asked the manager Mr. Juan Torreblanca to explain the whole situation, instead he told us that parents should stay away from it and my daughter should learn a lesson from it. This is the worst car sales practices I ever see, a simple car dealership maintenance becomes a nightmare for a young graduate, promised money saving changed existing monthly payment from $210 to $612, this predatory and unlawful practices must stop, and Pohanka Lexus must return the illegal gains to the customers.

Worst dealer ship experience compare to audi, Mercedes or
Worst dealer ship experience compare to audi, Mercedes or Toyota. Internally unethical business practices and sales. I would rather go to a different state to buy a car and to mention it , all lexus dealers one way or other committed to screw people as their demand is high
