Was having some problems with the sound system in my car: no music, no nav voice guidance. Doug, my service advisor, got the car in on short notice and the techs did a thorough test and reset.

Accommodated me same day as my battery died and needed a jumpstart. They changed oil, filter, rotate tires, multi point inspection, and installed new battery without any hassle. All done in other 3 hours. Facility was great, but I opted to be driven home, and picked up after it was done. I purchased my car at this dealership 6 years ago too, and process was a breeze. Got a great deal too!! Will definitely recommend this dealership!!

This was by far the best car buying experience ever. You get treated like a family member here. There's no pressure to buy, staff is super knowledgeable and answers all your questions, and the overall customer service is phenomenal. Not to mention I got the car I wanted and they jumped through hoops and hurdles to help make it happen. So grateful that the car I wanted was at this specific dealership. It was a rare gem for sure and I couldn't have purchased it from a better VW dealership.

It was the only dealer accepting my application without credit history, they have plans for new residents without credit history. Great support from the team we got our car in 1 hr!!!!

Friendly no pressure approach. Staff were all very nice. My sales person was very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. The entire process was smooth.

It was fast and service staff were very friendly. They were kind enough to listen to additional issue and addressed them right there. It will be great help if service is opened on Saturday's too.

From start to finish the experience was great. Rebecca was my first point of contact scheduling an appointment and Victor was so the person who helped me during the entire process. I came specifically looking for a used car that they had on the lot but asked to also see if they had any Jetta’s. I didn’t leave with a car the day of my appointment but with open communication with Victor and how he was able to see if he can get the ball rolling I came back in less than a week to look at the new Jetta. It was cute she was waiting in the parking lot for me to test drive and had a VIP Hold Tag in the window with my name and it just felt like the car was meant for me, especially since it was still there when I came back.

Everybody working on Saturday, March 5, 2022 when we were in were so very nice and helpful. Ferdy went the extra mile to make our experience pleasant. He is a very nice and respectful man.

I just bought my second VW Golf R from Winn VW. On each occasion, the sale went beautifully with very favorable pricing both for the purchase of the new car and my trade-in. More importantly, the folks I met - from sales through financing - made me feel like family. I get the car serviced there exclusively. My service advisor is great and takes the same kind of personalized interest as I've grown accustomed to from sales. The technicians have done a great job of taking care of my cars.
