VW Jetta

Amazing location with an informative and knowledgeable team of people who really make the buying experience comfortable and simple. Locating a VW Jetta was somewhat difficult due to limitations, but Fred helped me to understand my options and Debb was able to help me secure the vehicle to purchase. Definitely would recommend this location, as everyone I interacted with showed they really cared about making the experience memorable!

eGolf Inspection

Brought my eGolf in for the annual inspection service. Customer Service was good. Check-in and out service was fast and efficient. Other dealership offer payment at the service department instead of having to wait twice to be helped. Not a mark against the service department but was not happy with my experience at the parts counter. There was a gentlemen sitting in a chair behind the register at the parts counter. He was on an extended personal phone call and then finally 10 minutes after waiting to get some parts he said he was not in the parts dept and could not help me. The entire time I waited people were passing by behind him and never offering to help. Then when I got the parts I was looking for I had to go wait for a cashier as the parts person was not willing to ring me up at the parts register. The facility felt disjointed, unorganized, and except for the service advisor, nobody seemed happy to be working. Being in customer service myself when I am at work I present myself in a positive and happy manner. If you don't want to work then find a different job those that want to work will pick up the slack and be better off without your negativity.

Great Deal on the Car We Wanted

It is not easy buying a new car in this environment. Everyone is charging markups and choices are limited. I used the Costco Auto Program to get a reasonable price on a car. Unfortunately, only a few cars were eligible for the program, so I chose a Jetta. Our salesman, Kevin, was great. He contacted me and mentioned they didn't have any new Jetta’s on the lot, but he offered me a test drive of a previous model year as I had never driven one before. When I arrived at the dealership, Kevin greeted me with a warm smile. The Jetta was ready to test drive, but then I asked if they had any Golf GTI’s on the lot. They did and there was one being prepped in the back that was exactly what I wanted. The best part is Kevin agreed to honor the Costco pricing for the GTI. Sold! I am now a proud owner of a new GTI. I still don’t know how a Jetta drives ;-).

Id4 service

Very courteous staff member she is polite and efficient. Arranged for Uber and communicated while the vehicle was serviced. My first service was at DGDG San Jose but I prefer Winn VW

the service is great

I brought my car at winn VW and the people there is very nice. The service is great and the staff there is very helpful and patient. It's a great experience there.

Great service

Consistent great service. Friendly employees who go the extra mile. They even washed my car after changing my oil. I’ll definitely go back for all future oil changes.

Friendly staff

Ms. Deb was so friendly and NOT pushy. I had a great experience at Winn's Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership and I highly recommend Ms. Deb

Selling and Service Experience Done Right

I had my Golf R serviced for an oil change and multipoint inspection. Afterwards I thought I would see how much I could get if I sold it back to the dealership I bought it from. The Service dept. Rep brought the used sales Rep to me and we began the discussion of potentially selling my car. Ryan Castillo went through my car and liked what he saw. We discussed what price I was looking for and we settled on an agreeable amount. It was a pleasant conversation and the paperwork process was smooth and transparent. I was even able to get my money back for the oil change thanks to Ryan and the Winn Service dept. I would do this all over again if I could. I highly recommend Ryan and Winn for your car sales and service needs. I would point my family and friends comfortably in their direction.

Excellent service

I had some warranty work done recently. Service department was friendly and responsive. They diagnosed problems, ordered parts, and performed repairs while keeping me informed throughout. The car runs great! One of the best dealer service experiences I’ve ever had.
