Great experience!!!

I recently purchased a new dart and love my car. The entire sales staff was friendly the General Manager came out to thank us for purchasing from them. I will buy all my cars in the future from them. Happy Happy Happy!!!!

Great experience

I just wanted to express my overall experience with the new Chrysler Dodge dealership on Stone -Drive in Kingsport. The experience we had there was top-notch, the sales staff was very friendly, very informative and very helpful in finding the right vehicle and in the right price range. I have never had a more positive experience at a car dealership. I would recommend Tri Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to all my friends and family. I will definitely be back here when it's time to look for a vehicle again. Thanks Victory Motors!

My experience

I went in with the intent of trading; the newer place was built nice. But the sales manager from India followed his sales staff and you from a distance to watch over everything. Their sales sticker in the sticker did not represent the true sale price since they said I did not qualify for any of the rebates listed on the car. Then they started double talk, and down to you. Was forwarned by another lot by a very nice salesperson(just did not like the car I tried out) should have taken their advice.

extremely poor customer service

I have a Dodge journey that I purchased at the Johnson City Dodge dealership. The car has been in the repair shop more than 8 times. Before the Kingsport dealership opened I had to take it to Johnson City for repairs about 4 times. The problem has still not been fixed and is in the shop at this time. They have no customer service and do not supply you with a car while your car is in the shop. They do not call you to let you know when your car is ready. They are very unfriendly and do not try to make any effort to help you.

Don't have a lot to say. They emailed me promptly and let me know the truck had already been sold. Sent me a few other options they had. Unfortunately they were out if the range I was looking for. Called to check and see if I got them. Nice woman tried to sell but just did not work out

Bad experience

I found a car at tri cities dodge and ask what the price was and the salesman did'nt no, i took it for a test drive and the car was find. I told the salesman that i would be interested in trading by auto in on the one i test drove. After about an hour and a half of trying to find out the price of their car, i gave up and left, if you don't no price of their car how would you no if you were getting a fair deal or not. Very frustrating experience. I suspect they prey on people with little knowledge about buying an car, that's not me.
