Paid 7,500 for 2006 with 87,00 miles had to pay over 5,000 in repairs plus their warranty company only paid 1000. Not even I m sorry. ZACH H says that's the way they got it from the auction. They don't check anything not even fluids. Power steering fluid was black. My rating would be -10 if I could

Terrible cars
Went here to look at a 14k truck. Before getting a mile from the lot on the test drive the engine light came on, the transmission slipped and other issues. Check out 3 other truck none of them work half of what they are asking.

Poor service
Drive 2 and a 1/2 hours to look at a truck got approve they didn't want to sell me the truck once I gotta prove 830 Credit score and then asking for $4000 With a trade in this places Is horrible rip off place don't recommend this place to no one

Deception at its FINEST
Called on a Ford Explorer they had advertised, I live 2 hours away so based on all the pictures the vehicle looked great from what I could see. I tried putting a down payment on it so I wouldn’t waste my time driving there and the vehicle still available however they would not take a ccard payment over the phone, so me and my wife drove the 2-3 hours away with cash on hand to pick up the 2013 explorer. I asked several times is anything the wrong with it and the answer was no.asked if a check engine light was on and the answer was no, however we get there and about 25 minutes later he drives up the car and we take it for a test drive. First I notice is engine light is on 1/8 tank of gas in it because don’t want you to drip too far I would imagine, so I pull over after 5 Minuit driving to inspect vehicle . The antenna was broke, no rear windshield wiper sunroof wouldn’t open all the way passenger window would partially roll down using driver control only dents everywhere third row seat wouldn’t even say locked down in sitting position interior was FILTHY front grill on bottom partially cracked and missing,checked the oil change sticker to see when the last oil change was so I called the number on the sticker, and Guess what the car isn’t even from the UNITED STATES it’s from ONTARIO CANADA.. drove back to the lot and the clown of a sales comes up and said what do you think, I said I’m not interested so I decided to look at their other 6 explorers on the lot and each and everyone had issues the wrong with them.. ALL PEOPLE searching to BUY a VEHICLE should AVOID this PLACE by any means necessary..

Horrible Place
Bought a car for my son and paid $5,500. My son saved and paid for half of this. Needed an alignment....no biggie. Went to Belle Tire for the alignment the next day and they can’t do it due to needed new control arms and it’s $811. Made several calls and no one will call me back. So dishonest. Horrible place. You risked the life of my child knowing it needed this and shame on you for selling an unsafe car to a teenager!!!!

My fiancé and I drove over an hour to come to this dealership, as we had seen quite a few vehicles that we were interested in online. We drove through the lot and looked at the vehicles that we wanted to check out, and then went to the front of the building to look for a salesman. We waited an hour and a half before a salesman even stopped to ask us if we had been helped. We even called in to the office to ask if one was available and was told “you have to stand out front in front of the doors and one will help you when they are available too. Sorry, we’re really busy!” They weren’t that busy! We watched salesman walking around chit chatting with each other more than helping customers. Within that time that we were waiting, a bunch of protesters showed up in front of the lot protesting this dealership and calling them a fraud. Next thing we know most of the salesmen are busy watching these protesters instead of helping their customers. When we finally have a salesman come up to us and help us out, he then tells us that they haven’t been that busy at all, and was sorry for the wait. We test drove 4 explorers. The first one had a loud tick, the passenger seat was broken and stuck in a forward position, the wheel barings were bad and the vehicle shook so bad. We told the salesman, and he put it back on the lot. The next 3 explorers we test drove after that- all of them had a bunch of crap wrong with them. We walked away completely disgusting and disappointed that we had wasted a drive there. We ended up going to a different dealership!

bought a car for my daughter, had a few issues but what i KNEW was ok. took it home found all kind of band aid fixes on it. deceitful salespeople that only care about moving cars. please dont go here
