The people there are rude.

Well they are not good at negotiating and also prices are way to high. The workers are very rude. I found out my friend got a car from them and 10,000 dollars went down the drain.

Shantell Bradley

There a rip off. The deposit paperwork and when they sell you car the paperwork will be written differently. The price on my first contract paperwork and my buying paperwork totally have me where I over paid for the car and the warranty was not the one I was offered. I need other people with the same problem. They have you signing paperwork outside in a car and will switch up numbers on you. I spoke with Sadie and Kenneth. Please avoid this place. And if you can say the same please get intouch with me.

waste of time!

Called to see if they would hold keys for me on a certain vehicle since I was driving an hour to get to the place and he said he would. I got there the car sold! I was pretty mad I drove 2 hours for nothing! Texted the person back they said I never showed up which obviously wasn't me since I told him I was on my way and it takes an hour to get there. No call or text to let me know car sold, shady people!

Ford f150

They are crooks please do not buy from them they will sell you a vehicle with problems and then say it's your fault because you buy as is no warranty at 9000.00.My son was almost killed in a truck we bought were the alternator went and the truck just shut down and the air compressor is completely froze up will do nothing.Evil people no value or concence.

Horrible experience

Had me get insurance for a Chrysler and gave me a good price only to drive 2hrs to get there and tell me I had to take a different car, also when I told them I didn't want a dodge and I wanted my money back they tried to only give me back about half the cash I gave them and was acting like that was all of it they received from me. Do not waste your time with them I don't think they even had the Chrysler it was a trick to make us get up there and take a different vehicle.

We apologize that there was confusion on the car you came to look at and called to negotiate on. The emails you sent us were on the van that we negotiated with you on. We have those emails stating the $4995 van you wanted to buy, but when you showed up you wanted a van which was $6495 that we had not spoken to you about. You wanted the $6495 can for the price of the $4995 van, but unfortunately we do not have the markup. There was about a 5 second confusion about the money as you were dealing with a different person than you gave the money too, but I heard it and straightened it out right away. You received all the money you gave us back within 30 seconds of asking for it. We are sorry we couldn't sell you the $6495 van you decided you wanted after we negotiated on the $4995 van you inquired about in your web site inquire/email. Best of luck in your search for a vehicle.

Horrible cars and questionable staff .. do not buy anything from here .. sold us a problem and won't fix it .. and we have had the car for 4 hours

Total scam

I called truck was available my CU faxed info. I arrived 3 hrs later with check in hand and told it was sold 1 hr ealier. I got home same truck now listed on carfax. Ghost truck for lure.

Shady

I was sold a car with no A/C, first of all that let's me know they don't check or fix their cars, bald tires, asked for a discount and was told since he, Randy Green 11, was giving me about $500 of for registration there and plates, which after I paid, I said I was on the way to my insurance agency, he gave me $30. He told me it just needed a recharge. They block my FB messages, don't return calls, and manager was so very mean. $8,500 For a car that needs thousands of repairs. It happened so fast. No carfax.

*WARNING* Don’t buy a car from here!!

Test drove a 2014 Chevy Cruze Eco here the other day and it almost killed my entire family. As soon as we left the parking lot and reached 50mph the car began shaking violently and pulled us off the road almost causing an accident. I had my son and my mother in the car with me and they were extremely frightened. If it had been a less experienced driver test driving this car they would have crashed for sure.

Scratch and dent vehicles!!!

Had an appointment, told them we were coming from 2.5 hours away, we'd be there all day to look at vehicles. After looking at 5, test driving 1, they kicked us out bc we already looked at too many cars. Now mind you, every car we looked at had something wrong with them. I'm pretty sure this dealership is a scratch and dent dealership. Like all dealerships sell all their junk to this place. We won't ever go back, or send anyone there. As a matter of fact, we will continue to let everyone know how awful we were treated. Oh and having an appointment doesn't mean the sales guy helps you, here just gets the keys, lol that's all. He didn't even know ANYTHING about any one of the vehicles we wanted to look at. Me as a girl, knew more than he did. Horrible experience!!!!!
