Understand what you are buying...

People need to understand this is a used car dealership.. These cars are not meant to hit the road and run perfectly, they require maintenance. As do all vehicles after so many miles. I'm only one month in, but everything has been fantastic. Drove almost 2 hours, waited about 30 minutes, and drove back home in my USED 2012 Buick regal Turbo Premium 3. I love it. The warranties cover xxxx near anything that could go wrong, just stay on top of it. Bottom line, Showcase hooked me up. Apply online, and you could be driving today. (WAAAAYYY MORE INVENTORY IN PERSON, AND THEY HAVE A TON ONLINE!)

Not friendly

Wasn’t happy with the whole visit. I wanted to buy a car, I drove hour and a half and they didn’t want to accommodate. I’m happy to say I went else where and bought the car I wanted.

Great Service and reliable car

Lonnie from Showcase Auto made my process for buying my car super easy and quick. He made sure that everything I asked to be looked at was ready for me on the day that I picked up my car. I purchased a used 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. They have several cars to choose from and I was able to test drive any of them right away and did not have long wait times at all. They are definitely not pushy at all here and they give you the time to look through what you want in the lot without being bothered several times. Everyone was so friendly when walking in the door.

Trash inventory

This place has nothing but garbage sitting on their lot, drove all the way out to look at a “perfect condition vehicle” and it would not even start when I got there, needed a fuel pump. I don’t waste your time here. I’m thankful I did not buy a vehicle from them.

Dealer response

I apologize the vehicle you came to look at had a fuel pump issue. Unfortunately, a fuel pump can go out at any time without giving any warning. The vehicle you were looking at had over 200,000 miles on it. We offered to fix it for you at no additional cost and let you have it inspected by an outside mechanic before you purchased it. We have over 500 vehicles on our lot for sale and over time a fuel pump can go bad.

sales people nice/ loan person awful!!

The salesperson we worked with was nice enough. He was helpful The person that does the loans very rude and snotty. You could even tell the salesperson was intimated by him. Not a good work environment for anyone. Everyone seemed on edge. Musts be crooks. never would I go back again.

Don’t buy a car here

So purchase my 2008 Yukon Denali XL in February of this year. Already put new shocks, brakes, rotors, and bushings on this summer. Today, my transmission took a dive. Need an entire new transmission, (not covered by warranty purchased) vent solenoid, and thrust solenoid. So a car that I bought for $9,000, in a 7 month timeframe I have invested $6500 in repairs. Don’t buy from here. Spend more to repair the cars you buy

Garbage company. Buy elsewhere.

If I could possibly leave a 0 I would. This place is absolutely horrid. NOT worth it. Spend your money somewhere else. Neither the company nor workers give a straight rats arse about you. xxxx, they don’t even want your sale, considering the first time I attempted to get a vehicle there they told me I was denied without even calling a single place. I bought an almost 7 thousand dollar vehicle, with the following issues that weren’t disclosed: Driver door master panel doesn’t work. Burst radiator hose. Amplifier is broken. Headlights don’t work. Timing chain is shot. Among other things. Bad battery. Car wasn’t even in my possession 2 days before it died. It does not run whatsoever. There is NO way this vehicle passed the mandatory 120 point inspection for it to be sold. They refuse to do anything to rectify this, and I am currently in the process of starting a case with my lawyer. This place is garbage, and they will end up paying for what is happening.

Would not even sent my ex to this dealership

Do not buy a vehicle from Showcase Auto Sales. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an "F," Cars.com gives them 2 stars, Yelp gives them a one and half stars. Some people mind find a good car here, but you are more likely to find a junk car here. The sales people have no idea what kind of shape a vehicle they are trying to sell you is in. If they sell you junk find an attorney, you have rights. They sold me a junk truck that I drove 150 miles and black smoke started pouring out of the back of the engine; exhausted started to enter the cab from air vents; had to role down the windows to air out the cab; check engine light came one. Sarah tried to bulldoze me when I rejected the truck, telling me I signed "AS IS" paperwork and once I signed those paper everything that happens to the truck is my problem, which is simply not the case. Do not let them scare you if they sell you junk let them know it, you have rights.

TERRIBLE

Went there to try and purchase a truck and NO ONE on the lot seemed interested in helping and several literally walked right past us. Finally two guys smoking cigerattes on the lot walked passed and I asked if they worked there. After saying yes, one looked to the other and said “help him.” Guy reluctantly walked over, went to do something and after waiting 20 minutes for him to return which he never did we left. Also, they have to ride with you when you test drive. What kind of garbage is that? TERRIBLE!!!
