Junk for big money .. sales staff didn’t help at all . Truck was listed with half the actual mileage

Was here today and tried to buy a car. The truck had rear suspension issues and we offered them the sticker price, they pay tax, title, and license, we fix the suspension and they were not willing to budge. I find that more than fair when the vehicle had a suspension issue. Needless to say we walked away.

Showcase auto sales in Chesaning Michigan is horrible. I just bought a car a few weeks ago a Buick. It was good ran smooth then had to pay 1000 dollars within that first week. Then comes to find out he sold us a used Buick for 10,000 dollars way above our price range. It also came out to be 13,000 dollars then lied about some warranty we supposed to get never asked us just assumed we wanted it. Then then the very next day to say hey what’s going on give us more information they rude didn’t wanna listen he knew he over charged us for car he knew was messed up. We went and looked at the car on may 7 they didn’t do the inspection and all that so by the 8th at 9 am they said it’s available and they checked everything it was good few things was wrong ac and stuff cool understandable. But then we notice the engine started to jerk jerk and jerk this is like a day later very untrust worthy dealership. Zach is a scam and he lies and shows no compassion or empathy when a customer is concerned don’t trust him and I am perusing legal services so you’ll be hearing from me soon Zach believe that.

Well let me start by saying the guy Jason that helped me out was really nice. That is the only good thing I have to say about this place. I drove for 2 hours to buy a Dodge Durango Citadel. As far as I was told nothing major was wrong with it. I knew I was buying a as is car with no warranty. I just bought this on Monday 5/20. Drove 2 hours back home with a broken cooling fan busted hose on the radiator. They had tape on the air conditioning hose that was split cause they are to cheap to buy a clamp for it. They knew I had to drive it 2 hours back home when they knew it had 0% brakes left on the front and 10% left on the back. These people could have cared less if the brakes went out and I could have killed me or someone else on the road. They do not care about peoples safety they only care about selling cars at a higher price then what they are worth. If i would have known the issue i would have still bought it if they were honest with me from the start. But i would not have paid what i paid for it because now I have it in the shop being worked on for another 3k dollars. And for as big as they are and as many cars they have on the lot you would think they would be honest with people. They are running some shady business practices and I have also since learned they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend buying a car from them. And if you do please take some one who knows about cars with you. And the only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't give them less.

Do not buy a vehicle here. My daughter purchased a vehicle here the end of Feb. I asked for a carfax and was denied. One month later the vehicle has multiple electrical issues. A car fax was pulled and found out it has been in the shop many times for electrical issues and I'm quite sure they knew about. My daughter is out 5,000 dollars as Showcase it not willing to do anything about it. This is a young family with a new baby and they have no compassion and are out to scam you. Beware.

These high mileage vehicles are being sold for entirely too much money . It’s a rip off . Make sure you negotiate the price down . You can drive off the lot and the motor can go out on the first day . Please negotiate as if the car is going to need a major repair or repairs soon ! Don’t be a fool it’s your money . Good day
