Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. I could tell they were double dealing and dragging their feet. Next day I get message saying they sold car. To whom? You never mentioned anyone. Wasted my time when I was told they were putting a purchase agreement together. Sketchy!!

Terrible customer service don’t return calls. Give very little to no information. Just didn’t show any interest in selling a car. That day

Save your money

I bought a 2014 gmc acadia from there, bought a warranty because things happen and I wanted to be protected just in case. On the way home across the state we had transmission problems. Called the warranty place and they said they would not cover it at all because the dealership had to have known about it. Called showcase and they told me they would not do anything because I called the warranty company... so here I am paying for a car, that I can't drive...

Don't waste your time here

Total ripoff, horrible service, junk cars, the salesman I tried to work with wouldn't put his sandwich down long enough to show me any vehicles, he was more worried about making sure I knew the blonde girl in back was his wife lol

Don’t waste your time/money!!

Awful place..every car I test drove was a piece of crap. I went there to see a certain car. Never saw it instead the tried to persuade me to buy crap.. crap would have been more reliable than the cars they try to sell..

Horrible place! No customer service after sale.

They do not care at all about their customers. The sell crap cars that don't even make it 1hr down the road without having issues. Then don't call you back when you contact them about an issue with the vehicle. P Purchased a 2010 acadia with 122000 miles on it. Test drove really good then on the way home started shaking really bad. Also asked for a new battery after a sluggish restart after test driving. Was told one was put in. 1 month later had to get a new battery. 3 months later had to have exhaust repaired. Now engine is shot at the 5 month mark and warranty provided thru creditor won't cover repair because what caused the engine to fail was not a covered part. So definitely would not recommend even giving them the time of Day when it comes to your vehicle needs.

Cars not checked before going in the lot to be sol

Drove almost 2 hours to buy this 2015 Town and country s and when we drove it the exhaust was loud It had a shake in the front end and needed brakes, our plan had been to buy it and take it home that day plus the inside was sticky everywhere we were very unimpressed. We tried driving three other vehicles one head severely broken parts on the inside the other two we were unable to test drive because of mechanical issues, make sure you call and thoroughly ask questions before driving all the way there to check out a vehicle
