As usual my service advisor greeted me, we talked about the problem and the solution. Took the car back for repairs and had me on my way in 1.5 hours

Wonderful Experience

I had a great transaction. Garrett FaceTimed with me per my request. We did a walk around. He got me very thorough answers to all questions that required follow up. From the time he FaceTimed me to the time my car was delivered to my house and paperwork signed in my front courtyard only 6 hours had passed. Ash, in finance, was easy to work with. I was treated fairly, efficiently and in a friendly, personable manner throughout the transaction. Happy customer.

Bao Ngo is the best !

Bao Ngo provides quality service , and I am extremely satisfied with my 2020 C300. Bao listened intently to my needs and gave me several options that were within my price range . This is the seventh car that I have purchased from Bao , and I won?t purchase a car anywhere else .

Mixed Experience - We'll see how it goes

We purchased our GLC-300 from Mercedes -Benz of WC last year. The whole experience was rather painful and annoying although we paid for the car in cash. It took more than 4 hours for the sales people to complete the paperwork and transaction. We finally decided to leave the showroom and asked them to deliver the car when they had everything done. The sales people were not respectful of the customer's time at all. When the car's annual service was due, we returned to the same dealership. Our experience with the service side of Mercedes-Benz of WC was much better. The service advisor was efficient and helpful and kept in touch with us. When the service was completed they delivered the car to us. Based on our experience thus far, we can recommend the service department but not the sales department.
