Mercedes of Walnut Creek

Only thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that my car was not returned clean as I expected. The outside of the car looked good, but the inside didn't look as though it was even touched. I used to drive an Audi for years and I was always happy with the service and my car would be completely clean inside and out. Smelled new when I would get it back.

1st Service 2019 GLC300 4Matic

Given the social distancing practices and the reality of the pandemic, it was an easy and clean experience in servicing my vehicle at this dealership. I made an appointment days in advance, showed up on time and I was greeted by the service advisor that knew my name, had the service printout in hand, explained what service was to be performed, took my keys and asked me if I needed a ride. I requested a ride back to the dealership in the afternoon, I was picked up by a courteous employee (he gave me a call 20 minutes prior of the pickup), showed up to the dealership, went to the cashier to get my paperwork, gave my vehicle tag to the customer service rep outside and my car was brought back to me. It had been washed, cleaned, and disinfected. Easy in and out. I will be servicing my vehicle at this dealership in the future.

Excellent and professional public service.

Excellent and professional staff. Ou and Shawna made the transaction simple! The finance staff were quick and efficient. The detail crew did an awesome job on our used car.

All staff were courteous and attentive. Shuttle service was quickly provided to and from my home when I was advised it would take several hours for the service to be completed. Once the service was done, a clear explanation of the issue was provided and also advice given on how to avoid such issues in the future. All in all, a thorough and satisfying experience.

My Service Experience

I was very happy with the customer service Vitia Aburto was excellent and very professional I could'nt ask for better service than what she gave me, when ever I come to have my car service I will ask for Vitia Aburto!

This was absolutely the worst experience buying a car I...

This was absolutely the worst experience buying a car I have ever had in my life. I walked with "cash". That meant they could only profit from the sale and not the financing also. I was treated like a complete piece of trash. Bad credit nearly ruined my life. I vowed never to use credit again. I saved for over a year to buy this car so I could have a nice car . I looked online for car with all the features I wanted. I found one online at MB of Walnut Creek. The car was advertised without doing a safety on it, so I couldn't test drive. I had to wait until the middle of the next week before I do a road test. Yuri, my salesman wanted me to pay for the car and do the deal even before I road tested it. Really? I came back and road tested it. I wanted the car. That's when the lies started. I was asked to fill out this information on this pad. It was was an application for credit. I told him I was paying cash. I refused to apply for credit. Yuri said, No this is just how we just information from. I said, no this is a credit application. He came back again, He said no, this is to avoid fraud. I said I'll give you any info you need. I don't need to apply for credit. The Asian manager came over and then lied to me to. This is to avoid fraud. I said No, this is a credit application. This is what you do, I told him. I told him I don't qualify for credit. My credit score it 500. So then he tells me have to go to my Credit Union and get a cashier's check. ( You know, because it could be fraud) My Credit Union was an hour and a half away in rush hour traffic and would be closed when I got there. I told him that it wouldn't work. Yuri comes back and says I just have to fill out the pad (credit application). so I start filling it and stop. No, I can't do this. Credit ruined my life. I want nothing to do with it. It was like asking me to xxxx my sister. I stopped and said I can't fill this out. Yuri was panicking. I was ready to walk out. I should have. Yuri entered some bogus info on the pad and said sign there. I signed it. I wanted the car. They ran my credit against my wishes. I gave them my debit card for the purchase. Then I had to deal with the closer. I signed all the paperwork. He hands me a paper - sign here for the loan you applied for. "575" he says with a smirch. At least it was the final insult. Yuri gave me my one key. ( a second key is going to cost me 450 at the Nissan dealer), and I drove away, insulted and disgusted. I really expected more from a Mercedes Benz dealer. I'll make sure all my friends know of my experience.

New GLS 580

I have leased two vehicles from Mercedes of Walnut Creek. Both times the experience was smooth. In each case, the sales person was knowledgable about the products and transparent about pricing. With my most recent transaction, the Finance Manager let me take the car home overnight to be sure I was happy with it, and then my sales person came in on his day off to close the deal.

Great experience every time

We bought our GLC300 at Mercedes of Walnut Creek and were happy with the experience. We've had all of our service there, too and that has always been good. Easy to get appointments, clean and well appointed service center, good communication from the service reps.
